Surekha calls Ishan and tells him that the inspector must have summoned him for an important task. She assures him it’s necessary for him to go. Ishan seeks confirmation and Surekha replies affirmatively. He then departs. Meanwhile, Asmita updates Nishikanth about Isha’s improving health and suggests bringing her home instead of sending her back to Ramtek. Just then, Surekha enters the room, causing Nishi to become anxious and respond with a “no.” Asmita expresses concern about Shantanu’s reaction when he returns, but Nishi reveals that Surekha is present. This makes Asmita nervous. Surekha notices their unease and remarks that they seem to be eager to serve someone.
Savi asks Isha why she’s upset and giving this cheque. Isha tells Savi that someone has counted the favors she has done and wants money for her treatment. Savi asks if Ishan has asked her for money. Isha asks her to leave her alone. Savi leaves with a cheque. Ishan comes in. Savi offers him the cheque and tongue lashing him for being so materialistic. Ishan is shocked and asks when the cheque was requested.
As Savi continues to confront him, Ishan passes by an inspector. Inspector asks him about his aayi/mother. Ishan shouts he doesn’t have a mother and isn’t interested in listening to anyone’s story. Isha walks away storming, and Savi returns to Isha and says she gave her a check. Isha says it is ill fate that her dear ones don’t love her and asks her to forget this matter.
Surekha enlists Asmita’s help in conveying to Yashwant that she wishes to bring Isha home until she fully recovers. Asmita, visibly anxious, agrees and Surekha acknowledges her decision. In the midst of their discussion, Ishan arrives and expresses his strong disapproval towards allowing the woman into their home. He reveals his encounter with Isha and how she sent him a check without even meeting him. Yashwant joins in and criticizes the woman’s arrogance, regretting his decision to have visited her. Without further discussion, Ishan dismisses the topic and leaves. Savi receives an update from the doctor that Isha is refusing food, which could hinder her treatment if she becomes weaker.
Surekha’s wound is bandaged and Ishan asks if it is painful. Her point is that the pain in her heart is more intense than the pain in her body. She says she shouldn’t have sent him there to be humiliated by Isha. The blood relationship is stronger than the relationship of the heart, so Surekha knows he will soon accept Isha as his mother. Ishan says she did something wrong by offering him a cheque. Surekha is his mother, and will always be. He hugged her tight.
As Ishan walked through the corridor, a noise caught his attention from the window. To his surprise, Savi was climbing in through the window. He questioned her about her sudden presence. Savi accused him of asking for money from his mother for treatment expenses. Ishan defended himself, stating that he never asked for any money and that she had offered it herself in a rather rude manner. Frustrated, Savi suggested calling Isha to clarify the situation. Ishan insisted on accompanying her to the hospital instead. As they made their way to the door, they were met by police officers standing outside.

During Durva and Anvi’s conversation with Surekha, Durva reveals that Ishan’s birthday is on 11th September and they want to plan something special for him. Savi tells Isha that she will take her somewhere where she will get well soon.
