Upon arriving at the hospital, Sai inquires about Satya’s whereabouts and condition from nurse Rani. She informs Sai that he is currently located in the basement. As Sai makes her way there, she is taken aback by the sight of a charming flower and light arrangement. To add to the romantic atmosphere, Satya is playing the song “Dheere Dheere Se Meri Zindagi Mein Aana…”. Sai asks for Satya’s location, to which he emerges with a bouquet of flowers and shares his feelings for her. Despite previously claiming that he could only love Girija, Satya now realizes that he has fallen for Sai.
While Girija will always be in his heart, he now loves Sai with every breath he takes; he wants to live only for her and loves her with everything he does. Sai is shocked at that and says she wants to tell him something. Satya tells her to go ahead and collapses. She calls for help and asks him to stop his drama and checks his pupils. Nurses and Dr Survase rush him to the MRI room.
Satya wakes up and asks Sai why he is on a bed. Upon awakening, Satya asks Sai what happened to him. Sai calms him down and gives him a hypnotic injection. He falls asleep. Sai remembers him collapsing. Virat asks what happened to Satya. Sai says he was fine when he met her, but then collapsed. He asks Dr Survase what happened to Satya.
Dr Survase presents Satya’s MRI report and explains that after his accident, the doctor at City Hospital had assured them of a full recovery despite having a skull fracture. However, their hopes were shattered when it was discovered that Satya’s nerves were severely damaged. He goes on to mention how Sai is aware that complications can arise days after an accident and unfortunately, Satya is now partially paralyzed. They can only proceed with treatment once they receive the report.
Virat offers comfort to Sai and inquires if she is doing okay. She reassures him that she is fine and there’s no need for him to worry. After Virat leaves, Sai ponders on the recent events and wonders what life has in store for her.
Once awake, Satya inquires about his condition. Sai reveals that he is now paralyzed from the waist down due to nerve damage. Overcome with emotion, Satya cries while Sai consoles him. Concerned, Satya asks if she will stay by his side or leave him. In response, Sai assures him of her unwavering support. Witnessing this exchange, Virat unfortunately becomes disheartened. Eventually, Sai brings Satya home in a wheelchair where he notices his scooter with a heavy heart. Optimistically, Sai reminds him that a patient’s determination can aid in their recovery. Despite trying to enter their house, Satya becomes frustrated by his physical limitations.
Sai excitedly shares that he will soon be able to walk and run around the hospital. Later, he brings dinner for Satya and assures her that his condition is only temporary if he receives proper treatment. Satya reflects on their relationship, how Sai had initially proposed to her and confidently married her, believing he couldn’t fall in love with her. However, now he admits his love for her and asks for her response. Sai considers not revealing that she still loves Virat, but before she can answer, Sai faints. She apologizes for not having an immediate answer and encourages him to eat his dinner. Just then, Saavi joins them and they take a selfie together.
During the morning, Sai informs Vinu that Satya is injured and unable to walk, and she wants him to visit Satya and cheer him up. Ashwini asks what happened to Satya. Virat explains the situation to Ashwini. Ashwini says she feels tensed hearing so many bad news of the factory closing down, Virat getting a job transfer, and now Satya’s condition. Virat says he won’t leave his mother and family. He says he will bring Vinu to meet Satya. Ashwini suggests he should do so.
