Anurag wishes her warmly and thanks Pihu for helping with the surprise. Ishani feels overwhelmed seeing the genuine affection and effort Anurag put into making her day special. She cuts the cake and feeds Pihu first, then hesitates before offering a piece to Anurag. Anurag smiles and takes a small bite, joking that it’s just as sweet as her. Ishani blushes slightly while Pihu looks between them with a mix of happiness and confusion.
