Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 10th December 2024 Written Episode begins with Simran making shopping plans. Diljot expresses her sadness, wishing she could also be happy like everyone else. Meher tries to calm her, while Arjun insists on talking privately. He takes Meher aside and confesses that he feels helpless seeing the injustice faced by Diljot. He adds that he recently saw someone shocking—Diljot’s past connection, who is none other than Meghla’s music teacher. Meher is stunned by this revelation. Arjun explains that if he attends their family functions, he wants to confront him because Diljot also deserves a chance at a normal, happy life.

Ranbir grows curious and asks Arjun to reveal the matter, but Arjun insists it is not the right time yet. Elsewhere, Chandan vents his frustration, saying he would rather see Adrija’s marriage break because Meghla has been suffering due to her. Guru ji reassures Chandan that Meghla will rise above all this. Just then, Chandan calls Ranbir.

Everyone teases Ranbir about Adrija, but Ranbir takes the call. Chandan angrily scolds him, revealing that Meghla is in critical condition and being rushed to the hospital. Ranbir is shocked. Chandan adds that Meghla repeatedly pleaded innocence over the missed calls, but no one listened. He blames Ranbir for worsening her condition, saying she is now fighting for her life. Chandan ends the call, devastated. Guru ji consoles him as they reach the hospital.

Ranbir panics and tells his family he must leave immediately. Diljot offers to accompany him, but he promises to take her out later and leaves in haste. Harman questions him, worried if something has happened to Adrija. Ranbir clarifies that Meghla is the one being hospitalised. He rushes to the hospital, deeply concerned.

Meanwhile, Guru ji continues comforting Chandan. Ranbir arrives just as Adrija and Mahua reach the hospital. Adrija pretends to be concerned and tries to act supportive. Ranbir confronts her, asking what exactly happened and if Meghla attempted suicide. Adrija denies it but says the family doctor has warned that Meghla’s condition is critical and anything could happen.

Mahua rushes to Chandan and insists she has come as Meghla’s mother, but Chandan coldly tells her no. Guru ji and Chandan then go to check on Meghla. Adrija slyly tells Ranbir that Meghla had been depressed after fighting with someone she liked, as he wanted more time before marriage. According to Adrija, Meghla was refusing food and became weak, which led to her current state.

Ranbir questions why Chandan blamed him. Adrija manipulates the situation further, saying her father probably thought Ranbir’s questioning pushed Meghla into this state. She adds that the man in Meghla’s life never showed up at the hospital and that her parents do not know the full truth. Ranbir, confused but worried, thanks her and decides to talk directly with the doctor. Adrija secretly smiles at her successful manipulation.
