The Episode kicks off with Meher announcing that she will contact them within the next couple of days. Harman expresses his concern about making sure what happened to Bua does not happen to Ranbir. Meher shares the story about how Bua’s love for a Bengali guy was not accepted by Dadu. Simran points out that Ranbir also loves a Bengali girl, and she is confident that the feeling is mutual. Meher reminds everyone that they have only just met. However, Param dismisses this as unimportant. Harman and Param proceed to tease Ranbir.
Simran pleads with them to stop teasing him, and questions why they are not talking. After hearing Simran’s explanation, he states that teasing is his way of showing love and that they should be grateful for his concern. However, Simran points out that he only talks about love since returning. With a smile on his face, he recalls Meghla and shares that his life is better now. He also mentions that there are certain things he can confide in his brothers and sister-in-law, rather than his mom. Meher agrees to call them the following day.
As they make their way, Meghla’s family discusses their concerns. Mahua expresses worry about the state of the house, to which Meghla offers to assist her. However, Adrija scolds her for her suggestion, and Chandan follows suit. Upon arriving home, Meghla offers to carry all the bags, but Chandan reminds her that Mahua’s bags need to be taken care of as well. However, Mahua stops him from saying anything further. As they enter the house, Mahua takes the opportunity to talk about Ranbir and his family with Chandan. She reveals her plan to invite them for Durga puja.
Adrija agrees that it’s a great suggestion, although their cuisine is different. Mahua finds this amusing and suggests that he should start getting used to Bengali food if he plans on marrying a Bengali girl. Chandan proposes that Adrija’s family should come and meet her. Meghla confidently declares that Ranbir will marry Adrija and quickly glances at her phone, thinking it might be a call from Guru ji. However, after checking, she realizes it’s not him and decides to call Ranbir instead. Adrija can’t help but feel envious.
He mentions your lack of inquiry regarding my safe arrival home. Meghla confirms this, as she had already called to check on me. However, you had not reached out. She also adds that she found out from Adrija that I was safe. Currently, everyone is present, so why not speak with Adrija personally? He then requests to speak with your parents. Without hesitation, Meghla hands the phone over to Chandan.
Adrija expresses frustration towards Meghla. Mahua suggests moving on from the situation. Meghla mentions that he mentioned talking to my parents. Mahua speculates that he may be feeling shy to approach Adrija, and perhaps he would rather come to us instead.
