Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 16th December 2024 Written Episode begins with Dr. Naveen meeting Meghla. He instructs Chandan to strictly follow her diet chart and medicines. Chandan agrees. Naveen assures that Meghla is fine now and can contact him if needed. Meghla eagerly asks when she can go home.

Ranbir enquires about Guru ji. Chandan replies that he has gone to meet his student and leaves to clear the hospital bills. Ranbir tells him not to worry, as the bill is already paid. Chandan objects, saying it isn’t right to let someone else pay. Meghla silently wonders why Ranbir would take responsibility for her expenses if he didn’t care for her. Ranbir, however, insists that they share a relation and he only wants to help.

Chandan then goes to check transport, worried about the strike and Guru ji’s broken car. Ranbir mentions there is a local transportation strike, which explains the cab issue. Alone with Meghla, he urges her to eat on time, take her medicines, and assures her that he will drop her home if she has no objection. Meghla softly says she has no problem.

Just then, Adrija enters and fumes seeing them together. She interrupts and pointedly asks Meghla about her health before lying again to Ranbir about Meghla’s supposed boyfriend. Chandan returns and says Guru ji’s student will drop them home. When Meghla gets scared by thunder, Ranbir calms her, saying the person dropping her will take her safely.

As Meghla leaves with her family, she feels dizzy. Mahua notes that weakness still troubles her. Ranbir appears, saying he was speaking with Dr. Naveen. Mahua insists they must leave quickly due to the worsening weather. Guru ji confirms that the car has arrived. Adrija suggests it must be Guru ji’s student.

Mahua then invites Ranbir to join them for shopping, and Adrija adds that Meher also requested her company. Ranbir agrees but asks Chandan to inform him once they reach home. Adrija quickly says she will update him instead. Ranbir grows uneasy, convinced that Chandan knows about the man in Meghla’s life and is preparing to fix her marriage soon.

Guru ji encourages everyone to sit in the car, saying he will speak to Ranbir separately. Ranbir, however, thinks to himself that he has no interest in talking, as Guru ji has ruined his life by arranging Meghla’s marriage with his student.
