Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 16th January 2025 Written Episode Update begins with Meher asking Arjun to head to Meghla’s house for the ceremonies. Nimrit gets excited about the upcoming celebrations, remarking how it is a blend of Bengali and Punjabi traditions. Harman teases Simran, making everyone laugh, while Param reminds them that they are getting late. Harman admits he is very excited for the day ahead. Meher prays sincerely, but Simran worries that Adrija might do something drastic.
At Meghla’s house, a girl helps Meghla get ready and comments about Adrija. Meghla grows uncomfortable and asks her to leave, but the girl continues to taunt her for marrying Ranbir. Meghla sadly says she knows people must think she is a bad sister who has snatched Adrija’s happiness. The girl expresses pity for Adrija, making Meghla feel worse.
Meanwhile, Simran suggests maybe Adrija has accepted the situation and realized her mistake. She tells Balveer she will keep him updated. Ranbir calls Meghla to check on her, asking if she is fine. Meghla replies softly that she is fine but admits no one in her family is happy. The same girl overhears her words. Ranbir reassures her that his family is coming over.
Soon, Ranbir’s family arrives, and Chandan warmly welcomes them. Mahua tells Meghla to get ready properly, but Meghla resists, saying she does not feel like it. Parul teases her, revealing that she was on a call with Ranbir. Mahua takes this as an opportunity to taunt Meghla again, accusing her of pretending to feel sad for Adrija while secretly being happy. She says Chandan may trust her, but she does not.
Diljot greets Meghla’s family. Harman proposes having a joint reception for Ranbir and Meghla, but Guru ji advises against it. Chandan tells everyone that Adrija herself said she would participate in the wedding rituals and has moved on. Meghla then arrives, looking radiant. Chandan compliments her, and Guru ji tells her she looks beautiful. Meghla takes blessings from the elders, and Chandan asks Maasi and Kaki to begin the rituals.
As the ladies start the ceremony with Meghla, Mahua goes to check on Adrija. She enters the room and is shocked by what she sees. Adrija lies motionless. Mahua hugs her and breaks down in tears, begging her to wake up. Chandan rushes in and asks what has happened to Adrija. Mahua cries bitterly and pleads for a doctor to be called immediately. Panic fills the house while the rituals continue outside.
Precap: Meghla overhears about Adrija’s condition and runs to see her. Mahua declares in shock that Adrija is dead and slaps Meghla in anger. Meher confronts Ranbir, saying a girl has committed suicide because of him. Ranbir is left stunned.
