The episode of Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 18th January 2025 Written Episode Update begins with the doctor checking Adrija and giving her immediate treatment. While Meghla prays for her recovery, the neighborhood women blame her, saying the marriage is the reason for Adrija’s condition. Meghla replies that she is not worried about herself but only wants Adrija to recover soon.

Chandan asks the women to stop creating a crowd and thanks them for attending the rasam. He says the doctor is already treating Adrija and there is no need to stay back. Guru ji supports him, but the women refuse and insist they will accompany Adrija to the hospital. Simran requests them to stay quiet, while Chandan asks Meghla to sit down and not be upset.

Mahua, however, continues to blame Meghla and angrily pushes her aside. Guru ji advises Meghla not to take her words seriously. Harman offers to bring his car, but Mahua refuses. When Guru ji offers his car, she again says no and tells him to focus on Meghla’s marriage instead.

Ranbir arrives, worried about Adrija. Mahua lashes out at him, accusing him of being the reason behind her condition. Ranbir says he will go to the hospital for humanity’s sake, even if Mahua disapproves. She tells him not to interfere, but Ranbir refuses to back down. He reassures Meghla that nothing will happen to Adrija and declares that until Adrija agrees, the marriage will not happen. He adds that he cannot marry anyone except Meghla.

Adrija is taken to the hospital, and tensions rise. Meghla blames Ranbir for ruining everything in her life, asking why she has to suffer when she is not at fault. Ranbir tells her not to let herself be insulted and assures her that her parents will handle everything. Mahua continues to scold Meghla, but Simran defends her and reminds Mahua that Meghla and Ranbir’s marriage is scheduled for tomorrow. She insists they need to discuss their future.
