Meher vents her frustration towards Zoravar, stating that he constantly criticizes her for insignificant matters without reprimanding her. She becomes embroiled in a heated argument with him until Balveer interjects, acknowledging that she has instilled admirable values in all the children despite their lack of time to acknowledge it. Dadi adds that discussing Ranbir’s engagement with Zoravar before arranging it would have been wiser. Meher apologizes for her error and agrees to cancel the roka, leaving it in their capable hands. Adrija compliments Meher’s modesty.
Ranbir explains that he habitually sticks to a schedule, so he always sleeps by 10:30 pm and starts his day early. Adrija then asks him to give the phone to Meghla, who is currently in the kitchen, but she quickly returns with coffee. Adrija urges her sister to take the phone and speak. Meanwhile, Meher sits seething with anger as Zoravar questions her motives. He accuses her of having no respect or value in the family and constantly insulting her. Fed up with his behaviour, she declares she will no longer tolerate it. This leads to a heated argument between them until Dadu intervenes and defends Meher’s character, stating that she never makes any mistakes and always takes care of everyone.
Zoravar confirms that she limits herself to the house, unaware of life beyond it. Due to unavoidable circumstances, I have been unable to introduce her to my social circle. Meher remarks that she has no interest in being a part of my social group. Meanwhile, Ranbir engages in conversation with Meghla, as Adrija observes. Ranbir advises Meghla to stick to a consistent sleep routine. She explains that she starts her day by waking up early and practising singing before heading to Guru Ji’s class. Ranbir emphasizes the importance of getting enough rest and bids her a good night before ending the call. Meanwhile, Harman urges Meher to remain calm and soothes her. Despite this, Meher becomes emotional and begins to cry. Zoravar finds humour in her distress, but Tai Ji reminds him not to exacerbate the situation. Others rally around Meher and defend her.
Diljot rushes in, exclaiming that everyone forgot to invite her to Ranbir’s wedding. She adds that she is already married and feeling glamorous, asking if she looks beautiful. All eyes turn to her as she reprimands Dadi. Zoravar raises a valid question about how they will explain Diljot’s absence to the guests on the big day. Diljot points out that the family constantly disrespects Meher. Meher steps in and interrupts her, trying to calm the situation. Meanwhile, Ranbir arrives home and sees Diljot in tears. He comforts her while Adrija asks why he calls her for secret conversations. Meghla explains that she was just overhearing their conversation.
