The episode of Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 19th January 2025 Written Episode Update begins with Chandan apologizing to everyone, saying Mahua is mentally stressed and unable to handle the situation. A nurse arrives with good news, informing the family that Adrija is now out of danger. Relieved, Mahua breaks down in tears of joy. Simran consoles her, assuring that Adrija is fine.

Ranbir then apologizes to Mahua and explains his decision. He says Meghla will understand if he refuses to marry her now, because he does not want to get married by hurting someone. He admits it was already difficult to gain Meghla’s consent for the marriage and feels that carrying this guilt is unbearable. Ranbir adds that both he and Meghla need to be free from it.

Meghla supports Ranbir’s decision, saying he has taken the right step. She assures him that she stands by him and will always remain grateful.

Mahua goes to meet Adrija and breaks down while holding her hand. Adrija reminds her that the wedding is scheduled for tomorrow. Mahua tells her not to worry about it and to focus on her health instead. She pacifies Adrija with affection.

Ranbir comes to meet Adrija, who acts sweetly in his presence. He tells her that everything depends on her decision and that he does not want to hurt her. Adrija replies that her mother has already spoken to her and that she wants his marriage with Meghla to happen. Ranbir tells her that he will call off the wedding if she objects, but Adrija insists he should marry Meghla. Secretly, she vows to destroy his life.
