The episode begins with Adrija and Meghla engaging in a heated argument. Mahua joins them, mentioning the incident at the community hall where their father had left her alone. She questions their current situation, wondering if they are fighting once again. Adrija turns to Meghla for an explanation while Mahua inquires about the matter. Confused, Adrija expresses her bewilderment at why Meghla has been talking to Ranbir, as she had just arrived and witnessed it.
According to Meghla, the situation is not as severe as Adrija said. While discussing with Ranbir, he expressed a desire to speak with Meghla. This caused her to lash out at him and angrily stormed off. Harman and Param tease Ranbir about it, and Simran joins the fun. However, Ranbir remains silent. The boys continue their antics by singing songs, but Ranbir wants to leave. Param suggests that Ranbir’s love interest could be referred to as “Pahaadi Prem,” which both Simran and Harman find amusing.
Ranbir chuckles and says, “I’ve learned all this from you.” Harman responds with a simple “okay.” Suddenly, Ranbir’s phone rings. They intercept him and request that he answer it. It’s Adrija on the line. She asks him about his favourite colour. Confused, he questions when he ever mentioned that to her. She explains they are shopping and tells him not to bother getting ready because she thinks he’s already beautiful. Adrija asks again, to which Ranbir replies with “pink.” He then inquires about Meghla’s whereabouts. Adrija informs him that she is not there with her at the moment. Ranbir agrees to talk later and ends the call.
As the morning sun shines through the windows, Adrija joins Mahua for breakfast. Observing her friend’s gloomy expression, she inquires about why. Mahua responds that it was because of a fight with Meghla. Regret sinks in as Adrija admits that she would not have behaved poorly had she known the truth beforehand. Curiosity gets the better of Mahua as she asks what Adrija means by this statement. As tensions rise, Chandan intervenes, scolding Adrija for her words. Refusing to back down, Adrija questions Mahua about Meghla and their relationship, citing Maasi’s disapproval of their closeness. Growing tired of the discussion, Mahua tells her to stop. However, Adrija persists, claiming that Meghla desires everything that she does. In contrast, Chandan clarifies that Meghla has no intentions of emulating Adrija’s actions and behaviour.
Mahua explains that she will reveal the truth, but keeping it from Meghla is essential. She clarifies that you struggled with mental health issues and constantly sought attention. According to your doctor, having a sibling could have improved your condition. However, due to my deteriorating health, we were unable to have another child. This led us to consider adoption, and bringing Meghla into our home got us no regrets.
