Iss Ishq Ka Rabb Rakha 22nd December 2024 Written Episode begins with Ranbir insisting on visiting Guru ji’s house, but his mother Meher strongly opposes it. She fears that if Ranbir learns the hidden truth, everything will fall apart. The rest of the family is puzzled about why she is forbidding him, despite Guru ji’s long association with Meghla’s family.
Simran also questions Meher, unable to understand what Guru ji has done. Meher finally admits that there is an old and deep connection between their family and Guru ji but hesitates to reveal details. Laddu adds that Guru ji once had a relationship with someone in the family. Meher refuses to disclose the name, leaving everyone more curious.
Meanwhile, Meghla expresses her wish to visit Guru ji. Due to her poor health, Chandan and Mahua try to stop her, but she assures them she is strong enough. Adrija, worried that Ranbir might meet Meghla at Guru ji’s house, tries to stop her, but Meghla remains determined.
Later, Meher finally confesses the truth — Guru ji’s real name was Indrajeet, and he once shared a deep bond with Diljot. She was very fond of him, but after he left and changed his identity, Diljot could never move on. Hearing his name, Diljot becomes emotional and unstable.
Laddu explains her unusual behaviour — in the past, Diljot was severely beaten whenever she uttered Indrajeet’s name, and the trauma left her mentally broken. Ranbir, moved by her pain, promises to bring justice. He assures Diljot that he will reunite her with her lost love, vowing to meet Guru ji that very day. Overwhelmed, Diljot hugs Ranbir tightly.
Elsewhere, Meghla gets permission from her parents and prepares to visit Guru ji. Adrija’s father asks the family not to mention her marriage in front of Meghla, fearing it would hurt her. Adrija insists on going along to prevent Ranbir and Meghla from meeting alone.
At Guru ji’s house, Meghla begins singing. Ranbir arrives quietly and, standing outside, listens intently to her soulful performance.
