The Episode begins with Mahua performing the Durga puja rituals while Ranbir and his family continue discussing the wedding preparations. The other ladies help Mahua in preparing for the puja. Dadi suggests a date for the wedding, explaining that they need time to make arrangements. Harman then approaches Ranbir to have a private conversation, which makes Ranbir ask why he’s taking him to the corner. Harman reassures him that the chosen date is still far away. Param agrees and adds his input as well. However, Ranbir feels overwhelmed with all the planning and jokingly complains about having pending work to attend to. Harman jokes, but Ranbir asks him not to irritate him and lets him return to his work.
Adrija hopes for a future with Ranbir while believing Meghla should stay away from him. I fear that Meghla will take Ranbir away from me. On the other hand, Meghla prays for Adrija’s well-being and achievements. However, Diljot responds angrily and threatens to disrupt Ranbir’s wedding if her husband is not called. This causes concern amongst everyone present. Meanwhile, Mahua and Chandan introduce Adrija and Meghla, leading to Adrija’s tauntingly remark towards Meghla. Mahua steps in and handles the situation to smooth things over.
According to Chandan, Meghla finds joy in her music. As a result, she smiles. Someone then asks her if she plans on singing, and she nods in response. Adrija mentions that Ranbir will be arriving today, and she hopes he can witness her performance. Chandan compliments Meghla’s singing abilities, but Adrija counters that he has already heard her sing and might not be interested anymore. However, Meghla explains that he wanted to hear her again. This leads to Adrija and Chandan arguing about Ranbir’s arrival tomorrow for the Ashirvaad rasam ceremony.
Meghla announces that Guru ji will join us, as he is a valued family member. Adrija then requests to rearrange the dance performances. However, the man informs her that the sequence has already been determined. She explains that she would prefer to perform before Meghla. Chandan interjects, suggesting that people may lose interest in her performance if it follows Meghla’s. Adrija assures him this is not the case and proposes discussing it with Ranbir before finalizing anything. Chandan agrees and encourages her to confirm it with Ranbir.
Meher requests Tai Ji to inspect the items. Shortly after, Simran, Nimrit, and the children arrive and ask about getting new clothes. Tai Ji assures them that they will indeed receive new attire. Meher then shares about a friend’s daughter who was sent to an orphanage and expresses her desire to locate her. Just then, Ranbir shows up, and Harman and Param tease him about his frequent short-haul flights.
Ranbir inquires about Meher’s friend, and she confirms that her friend’s daughter is indeed alive. She regrets not having discovered this sooner and bringing the girl home. Ranbir soothes her worries, and Meher reveals that her friend had hoped for Ranbir and her daughter to wed, a wish that could not be fulfilled. Ranbir reassures her not to be disheartened, as he would have searched for the girl if he had known. Meher expresses her best wishes for the girl, and he responds, hoping her wishes will come true.
