Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 12th March 2025 Written Update begins with Reet watching Anuradha and the others preparing Gujiya for the festival. Unnati proudly shows her own batch of Gujiya to Reet, who praises her for the effort. Smita warns Unnati not to post it online, fearing others will copy her, but Unnati insists she will share it. Suman criticises the Gujiya, saying they do not look good. Unnati responds that at least the criticism is honest. She admits that since childhood, people only gave her fake praise, and perhaps this is why Dhruv has distanced himself from her. Unnati declares that she no longer wants to be a Suryavanshi, but a Chowdary. She leaves, and Suman turns to Reet, asking when she will embrace her identity as a Suryavanshi and return to the Suryavanshi mansion. Reet remains silent.

Meanwhile, Raghav decorates his room in anticipation of Reet’s return. He dreams of Reet coming back to him and giving their marriage another chance. He wakes from his fantasy determined to bring Reet back into his life at any cost.

At the Chowdary house, Reet arranges flowers in a vase. Anuradha tells her she has noticed something unusual: not a single Gujiya has gone missing since Reet has been around. She adds that it is because Reet’s body may be with them, but her heart still belongs to Raghav. Reet denies it, saying Anuradha is overthinking. Just then, Raghav arrives at the house.

Anuradha warmly welcomes him. Raghav states clearly that he has come to take Reet back home. Smita offers to fetch Reet’s luggage, but Reet stops her. She confronts Raghav, saying that he never saw her as more than his “guarantee wife.” She explains that she tried to invest her whole heart in their relationship, hoping to move beyond that tag and find a real place in his life, but he proved her wrong. Reet firmly refuses to return with him to the Suryavanshi mansion.

Anuradha advises Reet to reconsider, but Reet points out that she and Raghav are already divorced on paper. Hearing this, Raghav prepares to leave. The stress causes Anuradha to collapse from a heart attack.

The Chowdary family and Raghav rush her to the hospital. Reet blames herself for Anuradha’s condition, but Raghav consoles her. The doctor informs them that Anuradha suffered a heart attack due to extreme stress, and two of her arteries are blocked. He says she requires an urgent angioplasty, which is very expensive. Both Raghav and Reet insist that the doctor proceed with the procedure, assuring him that money will not be a problem.

Later, Raghav attempts to pay the hospital bills, but Reet stops him, saying they do not need his money.
