She explains that while they may not have the same wealth as him, they do have insurance for Anuradha. She hands the insurance papers to the receptionist, leaving Raghav thoughtful.

The doctor updates Reet and Raghav on Anuradha’s condition, informing them that she has been shifted to the ICU.

Elsewhere, Unnati calls Sharda and tells her about Anuradha’s heart attack and that both Reet and Raghav are at the hospital with her. Shocked, Sharda questions why Raghav is there. Unnati explains that Raghav had come to the Chowdary mansion to take Reet back with him, but Reet refused as she has already signed the divorce papers. Hearing this, Sharda feels relieved and vows to ensure Reet never changes her mind.

At the hospital, Reet and Raghav sit beside Anuradha. Reet thanks Raghav for his support but asks him to leave. Raghav refuses, saying he will not go until Anuradha recovers. Suddenly, Anuradha struggles to breathe. Reet rushes to call the doctor. In the meantime, Raghav holds Anuradha’s hand and emotionally confesses that he never calls her mother because he cannot bear the thought of losing her. He says if she leaves him, the very meaning of the word mother will vanish for him.

The Chowdary family arrives as doctors fight to save Anuradha. For a moment, she appears to take her last breath, and the doctor declares her dead. The family is devastated.

Meanwhile, Sharda prays to Goddess Durga, hoping Anuradha survives. She worries that if anything happens to Anuradha, Raghav will take Reet back with him. Pratap suggests they visit the hospital, and Sharda agrees.

Back at the hospital, a miracle happens. Anuradha regains her breath. The doctor calls it extraordinary, saying it is rare to see someone come back from such a condition. Reet is relieved but again asks Raghav to leave. Raghav refuses, determined to stay by her side. Reet angrily says that if he had not come to their home, she would not have mentioned their divorce in front of Anuradha, and none of this drama would have unfolded. Sharda overhears their conversation.

Soon, a nurse informs them that Anuradha is out of danger and wants to speak to both of them. When Reet and Raghav meet her, Anuradha asks Reet to promise her one thing. She says her final wish is for Raghav and Reet to always remain together. Reet is shaken and tells her it is not possible, but Anuradha insists on her promise.
