Raghav informs Reet of his ability to assist her if she agrees to marry him. Upon hearing this, client Gulati allows Reet to conduct an interview with him immediately. However, when Reet reaches out to Shekhar, she explains that her source for the story is unavailable. Her colleague Viraj advises her not to miss out on the chance as it could lead to a promotion for them.
Reet declines Raghav’s offer, reminding him that she is not going to marry him. She firmly advises him to keep his distance. However, Raghav takes hold of her hand and smirks before revealing some photos to her. He explains that it was his idea to assist her career, in exchange for what she did to his car. However, Reet confidently states that she does not require his help and departs from the scene.
Viraj informs Reet that her honor will not result in monetary gain or a promotion. He expresses his inability to continue working under such circumstances. Reet apologizes and suggests they take a break for lunch. However, upon arriving at a restaurant, they realize it is too expensive for their budget. Reet proposes they find another place to eat. In the meantime, Dhruv calls and shares that he has been accepted into the program once again. He requests to meet with Unnati before leaving.
Reet expresses concern about the potential danger of the situation. She explains her desire to take action for her own peace of mind. Her companion agrees and proceeds to handle the situation. After ending the call, she returns to find Viraj ordering a large amount of food. Voicing financial concerns, she reminds him that they cannot afford it. However, he reassures her that it is all complimentary due to the restaurant’s 5th year anniversary. Doubtful, Reet recalls a sweet shop being there only two years ago and questions how it can now be their 5th anniversary. To clarify, she contacts the manager who clarifies that the food was not free, but rather already paid for by someone else.
Reet seems perplexed and inquires about the payment for their meal. The manager gestures towards Raghav, who then smirks at them. Reet questions the situation, to which Raghav responds by revealing that he had ordered for his future wife. She accuses him of showing off and announces their anniversary to the restaurant, prompting others to applaud her husband. Feeling frustrated, Reet attempts to leave, but Raghav intercepts and suggests they engage in a game. She agrees to respond later and exits the scene.
As Unnati informs Sharda of her plans to shop for the wedding, she expresses confidence that Raghav will arrange her marriage to Dhruv. Sharda then urges Divya to accompany them on the shopping trip. As Unnati retrieves her purse, thoughts of Dhruv confessing his love today run through her mind. She reminisces about Reet’s call, where she was asked to meet with Dhruv.
While shopping for necklaces, Unnati directs Divya to browse a different section. Unfortunately, some women begin making hurtful comments about the leaked video involving Unnati. To make matters worse, a man begins harassing her, causing Unnati to break down in tears. Fortunately, Reet arrives on the scene and is alarmed to see everyone taunting and filming Unnati. She intervenes and urges them to stop their cruel behavior. In distress, Unnati embraces Reet and continues crying.
Reet takes action against the shop’s employees for harassing a girl, causing everyone to feel ashamed and apologize to Unnati. Reet then embraces Unnati and encourages her to stand up for herself. Dhruv arrives and inquires about Unnati’s well-being. She assures him that she is safe with Reet’s presence. Dhruv mentions he has to leave for Delhi and was hoping to speak with her before leaving.
Reet expresses to Unnati that she has no issue with them getting married, but she is unable to marry her own brother. This deeply upsets Unnati. Dhruv apologizes and explains that he wanted to speak with her before departing. He then makes his exit. Reet states that she will also take her leave and departs as well. Divya approaches Unnati and inquires about Reet’s presence.
Reet expresses her pride to Dhruv, who responds by stating that he did it for her. In appreciation, Reet presents him with a bracelet before his departure. As his cab arrives, she reminds him to contact her from Delhi, to which he agrees and departs. Meanwhile, Raghav hands money to an individual and admits that this action may ruin Reet’s career. Despite being aware of the consequences, Raghav must follow through on his challenge to get her to agree to marry him within 72 hours.
Upon hearing Sharda’s screams, Raghav immediately rushes to the scene and is shocked to find Unnati lying in a pool of blood with her arm cut.
