Reet arrives at the mandir and finds Raghav protecting her diya. She remarks that while he cares about the diya, he disregards her first cooking ritual. Raghav sternly replies that it is a temple for everyone and his responsibility is to protect his people and home, not her ritual. He dismisses her concerns and walks away, leaving Reet disheartened.
Sharda announces that the entire family will partake in Reet’s first cooking ritual. She gathers everyone and reprimands them for not supporting her earlier. As the aroma fills the air, Poonam compliments the dish. Reet offers the sweets to everyone, but Sharda insists that since they were made for Raghav, no one can eat them unless he does. Prateek teases that if Raghav refuses, the sweets will be wasted. However, Reet confidently asserts that won’t happen since she prepared his favorite treat. Sharda is taken aback and questions how she knew. Reet reveals that someone close to Raghav shared the information, leaving Sharda suspicious. She silently acknowledges Reet’s determination and wishes her luck. Reet then prays and performs the aarti.
Meanwhile, Reet’s mother helps Unnati prepare halwa. She instructs her to simply add nuts as the finishing touch to complete the ritual. Unnati, unfamiliar with cutting nuts, struggles, prompting Dhruv to assist her as the family looks on.
Reet then heads to the kitchen, dismisses the staff, and adds an excessive amount of spice to Raghav’s meal, ensuring he will have to eat the sweets to neutralize the heat.
Sharda warns Divya that Reet will find a way to make Raghav eat the laddoos and orders her to hide them. Divya hesitates, but Sharda reminds her of Reet’s growing influence and insists she follows instructions. Reluctantly, Divya takes the laddoos and hides them, while Sharda vows not to let Reet succeed.
As everyone gathers for the meal, Sharda serves Raghav. He eats the overly spicy food but refrains from complaining to avoid Sharda punishing the chefs. When asked about the meal, he praises it as delicious, prompting Reet to recall Poonam’s words about his protective nature. Despite the unbearable spice, Raghav silently endures, making Reet feel guilty. Sharda notices his discomfort and questions him, but he insists the food is excellent and continues eating, leaving Reet remorseful.
Later, Reet returns to the mandir to retrieve her laddoos, only to find them missing. Puzzled, she refuses to believe they simply disappeared.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Raghav struggles with the intense spice and searches for something sweet. He stumbles upon a hidden box of laddoos and eagerly eats them, reminiscing about his childhood habit of sneaking into the kitchen to steal his mother’s laddoos.
Still searching, Reet rushes to the kitchen and is surprised to see Raghav happily eating the laddoos. She watches with a smile, realizing her plan worked after all.
