Reet suggests that he should wear shirts instead of t-shirts, given his businessman persona. Raghav, however, glares at her and reminds her that they are not on joking terms.
As they drive, Reet realizes they have passed her office. Raghav explains that the road is blocked, so he is taking another route. Worried about being late, Reet asks him to drive faster, but when he speeds up too much, she panics and asks him to slow down.
Meanwhile, at Dhruv’s house, a truck arrives, carrying items sent by Raghav. Unnati informs the family that Raghav has sent these to help her turn the house into her dream home. However, the neighbors gossip, labeling it as dowry and criticizing the family for hypocrisy. Suman defends them, stating these are gifts, but the taunts continue. Dhruv, feeling the weight of the remarks, insists on returning everything.
Unnati protests, arguing that the family will benefit from these items. Dhruv stands firm, reminding her that as his wife, she must adjust to their means. Unnati refuses, stating that she cannot abandon her accustomed lifestyle. Dhruv, angered by her attitude, declares that she must live within his means. Unnati retaliates by insulting the house, prompting Dhruv to lose his temper. The heated exchange ends with Unnati in tears, regretting their marriage, while Dhruv sends the truck back.
Raghav finally drops Reet at her office, and she expresses frustration about being late. He coldly remarks that she should be grateful before she rushes inside.
Reet apologizes to Shekhar for her tardiness, but he is unimpressed, revealing that he regrets arranging the interview. When she explains that her husband was dropping her off, Shekhar scoffs, assuming she no longer needs a job, given her privileged lifestyle. Despite Reet’s pleas, he dismisses her, leaving her disheartened.
Watching from a distance, Raghav smirks, taunting her about her misfortune. He admits to deliberately delaying her to ruin her job opportunity, enjoying her distress. He further reveals that he discovered Neeta helped her prepare the laddoos and warns her of the consequences. As Raghav walks away, Reet is left heartbroken.
At home, Unnati locks herself in her room, preparing to leave. Dhruv’s mother advises him to handle the situation delicately, while Suman argues that they should have accepted the gifts. Reet arrives and learns about Unnati’s decision to leave.
Meanwhile, Veeran informs Sharda that Reet didn’t secure the job, celebrating their victory. However, Sharda remains cautious, noting that Reet still managed to make Raghav eat the laddoos. At that moment, Unnati calls, crying, and expresses her desire to return home. Sharda assures her that she will come to pick her up and instructs her to pack her belongings. Once the call ends, Sharda tells Veeran that Unnati’s return will pave the way for breaking Raghav and Reet’s marriage.
Reet, desperate to stop Unnati, pleads with her to reconsider. However, Unnati refuses to forgive Dhruv’s insults. Reet, realizing the potential consequences, fears that if Unnati leaves, Raghav will retaliate against Dhruv.
