The episode begins with Pratap asking Reet if she knows the name of Neeta’s son. Reet nods and says, “Yes, her son’s name is Rohit Chawla.” Sharda immediately interrupts, glaring at her. She sternly tells Reet never to take Neeta’s name again in this house and warns that the same applies to every family member. Sharda and the others walk away, leaving Reet and Pratap stunned.

Meanwhile, Viren celebrates privately, dancing with joy. He says that Neeta is going to die without them having to do anything. Sharda enters and asks why he’s so happy. Viren grins and says, “Isn’t it perfect? Neeta will die on her own.” He then asks about Rohit’s identity. Sharda replies, “Rohit is Neeta’s fake son.”

A flashback reveals the truth. Sharda visits Mr. Chawla and thanks him for saving Neeta’s life. She manipulates him by saying, “I know you have loved Neeta for years. This is your chance. Neeta has lost her memory, and we no longer want her in our lives. If Raghav or Unnati find out she doesn’t remember them, they won’t be able to handle it. Neeta has no husband, and you have no wife. You can make her your family now.” Falling for Sharda’s words, Mr. Chawla approaches Neeta and tells her, “You and Rohit are my family now.”

Back in the present, Viren smirks and says, “That means Rohit’s bone marrow will never match hers. Neeta is doomed.” Sharda warns him to stay quiet. Viren adds that Neeta still has a chance to live — if Raghav donates his bone marrow. Sharda firmly replies, “That will never happen. I won’t let Raghav risk his life for her.”

Later that night, Raghav sits alone drinking. Reet talks with Anuradha about Neeta’s critical condition, saying, “Only Neeta’s son’s bone marrow can save her. Otherwise, she doesn’t have much time left.” Raghav overhears this conversation from a distance. His glass slips from his hand, shattering on the floor. Without saying a word, he walks away, disturbed.

Raghav goes to the garden and sits on a bench, lost in thought, replaying Reet’s words about Neeta. Worried about him, Reet asks Viraj to track Raghav’s car. Viraj checks and tells her that the car is still at home. Reet begins searching for him throughout the house.

She finally finds Raghav sitting in the garden, drenched in rain. She gently scolds him for being careless and helps him back inside. Raghav, still intoxicated, doesn’t resist. Reet tells him to change his wet clothes, but he unbuttons his shirt right in front of her without hesitation. Embarrassed, Reet turns away, feeling awkward. Raghav lies down on the bed without changing completely, and Reet quietly covers him with a blanket.

Elsewhere, Smita informs Anuradha and Suman that Unnati went to a party without telling anyone. Anuradha tells her to keep quiet, saying, “If we confront her, there will be another scene in this house.” When Unnati returns, she brings gifts for everyone and acts innocent. She gives presents to Smita, Suman, and Anuradha before going to her room. Anuradha tells the others to drop the topic.

Later, Unnati secretly mixes an aphrodisiac powder into a glass of milk, planning to give it to Dhruv so that they can get closer. She places the milk on the table and leaves the room briefly. However, Suman’s husband unknowingly drinks the milk instead. A few minutes later, the effect kicks in, and he drags Suman affectionately into their room. Unnati witnesses this from a distance and sarcastically comments, “Looks like it worked on the wrong person,” before leaving.

Unnati then speaks to her friend over the phone, boasting about the party. Later, she tries to seduce Dhruv, but he gently stops her, saying, “We’re going to be parents. This isn’t the right time.” He leaves, unaware of her growing desperation.

Meanwhile, Reet brings tea for Raghav the next morning and notices his wet clothes. She decides to change them while he sleeps.

The next morning, Poonam tells Sharda that Raghav was sitting out in the rain the previous night. Sharda grows tense and decides to find out what made him behave that way.

Reet enters Raghav’s room. When he wakes up, he asks her, “Did you change my clothes?” Reet shyly says yes and tries to make light of it. She then tells him that she is heading to the hospital since no one is there to take care of Neeta Chawla. Raghav, now calm, allows her to go. Sharda overhears this from the doorway and is shocked to learn that Reet still plans to visit Neeta.
