Reet desperately pleads with Unnati to open the door and talk to her like a sister-in-law. After some hesitation, Unnati finally opens the door but firmly states that she hasn’t changed her decision—she has already called Sharda and is heading back home. Reet pulls her aside and asks her to listen. Unnati, in tears, expresses her frustration, saying Dhruv disregarded her lifestyle and even yelled at her. Reet reminds her that while her brother is wealthy, love should outweigh money and status in a marriage. She asks Unnati if she truly wants to leave Dhruv. Unnati recalls her cherished moments with Dhruv and looks away.
Meanwhile, Sharda is overjoyed and tells Veeran that she will bring Unnati back and then send Reet away. Divya and Poonam overhear the conversation. Poonam is surprised and asks if Unnati is really returning. Sharda, pretending to be emotional, says she is unsure how Unnati is being treated, which is why she is coming back. She instructs them not to inform Raghav yet.
Unnati confesses to Reet that she grew up surrounded by luxury and pampering. Reet reassures her, saying they will do everything possible to make her comfortable. Unnati is skeptical, doubting they can provide her the comforts she needs. Reet asks her what matters most—an air conditioner? She promises Unnati will have it by night. Dhruv questions how that’s possible. Reet insists they will fulfill her wishes one by one, requesting some time.
Just then, Sharda arrives, calling out for Unnati. Reet steps out with Unnati and her family. Sharda, surprised, asks Reet why she is here when she was supposed to be at an interview. Reet’s mother, Anuradha, explains that she called her since she was nearby. Ignoring Anuradha, Sharda directs her attention to Reet, questioning why she disrespected their traditions. She reminds her that according to customs, she should only return to her maternal home with her husband. Anuradha takes the blame, but Sharda continues, saying they entrusted Unnati to them, yet Dhruv couldn’t take care of her, while Raghav allowed Reet to leave for an interview on her first day. She warns that had Raghav discovered what Dhruv did, he wouldn’t have spared anyone.
Dhruv apologizes but insists Unnati was unreasonable. Sharda argues that he made a promise to care for her and failed. Declaring that she won’t let Unnati stay there, Sharda tries to take her away. Reet, however, urges Unnati to consider their conversation before deciding. Sharda, unfazed, insists that Unnati has already chosen to leave.
Just as Sharda prepares to take her away, Unnati surprises everyone by refusing to leave. Sharda, stunned, asks if this is a joke. Unnati apologizes for calling her and admits that Reet helped her realize what truly matters. Reet smiles in relief, but Sharda silently vows to teach her a lesson.
Trying to regain control, Sharda tells Unnati she needs to talk to her privately. In their conversation, Unnati reveals that Reet has promised to meet her needs and that she genuinely wants to work things out with Dhruv. Sharda, however, tries to manipulate her, claiming that Reet is the real problem—she is influencing Dhruv and making him act against the family’s values. Sharda asks if Reet ever tried convincing Dhruv to keep Raghav’s belongings at home. Unnati denies it, saying Dhruv made that decision based on his own self-respect, taught by his sister.
Meanwhile, Reet consoles Anuradha, who blames herself for calling her. Dhruv confronts Reet about her promises to Unnati, questioning how they will afford them. Anuradha silences him, saying Reet will handle it, assuming she got her job back. However, Reet confesses that she didn’t. Anuradha worries if her phone call caused this. Reet denies it but admits she couldn’t persuade her boss. Anuradha then asks how she plans to provide for Unnati. Confidently, Reet assures them to trust her. Suman interjects, saying that as Raghav’s wife, Reet can afford anything now. However, Reet asserts that she has her own identity and will fulfill her promise to Unnati on her own. The family watches as the tension lingers.
