Raghav informs Reet’s family that he has secured a 7-star hotel for all the events. Reet’s mother agrees, stating that if everything is set, then there’s no issue. As she begins to walk away, her slipper suddenly breaks. Raghav offers to look at it, but she declines, assuming he will gift her an expensive replacement that she cannot afford. She ultimately decides to leave it be.
As Raghav repairs Reet’s slipper, everyone watches. A fond memory of his father caring for his mother flashes through his mind. After gently placing the fixed slipper on Reet’s mother’s foot, she curiously asks how he became skilled in these simple tasks. With a smile, he responds, “Life taught me.” Expressing gratitude for his help, she heads off with the driver. Meanwhile, Sharda storms away in anger.
Raghav approaches Sharda and inquires about her anger. She explains that she has always treated him as her child, so it pained her to see him touching the slippers of those with questionable character. Raghav smiles, assuring her that he respects elders, just as she has taught him. Sharda feels jealous when he pays attention to others, to which Raghav confidently replies that everything is under his control and there is no need for concern. Sharda cautions about being careful when allowing outsiders into their home, but Raghav reassures her that he has built this life himself and will not let anyone destroy it. In a possessive manner, Sharda reminds Raghav that she is his number one, to which he responds affirmatively.
Dhruv informs Reet about Raghav’s desire to meet with him. Initially, Reet expresses hesitation, but her mother reminds her that Raghav’s invitation may be for something significant and encourages him to go. Reet brings up the past incident of Raghav kidnapping him, but her mother quickly reminds them that they will soon be in-laws and need to let go of grudges for their future mehendi ceremony.
Chachi says their house will be the venue for all upcoming functions. Reet inquires if he pressured them to make this decision. Her mother confirms that it was a joint decision. Reet receives a notification and mentions that she must leave to cover a story. Her mother reminds her that tomorrow is her mehendi and she should prioritize that. Reet assures her mother that she will fulfill all her duties but wishes to pursue her career without disappointing anyone.
Raghav reveals to Unnati that he has a surprise in store for her. He presents her with a house model and explains that he has acquired it for both her and Dhruv, as it is near their current residence. Unnati’s face lights up with joy at the news. When Dhruv joins them, Unnati excitedly shows him the model of their new home. Dhruv jokingly remarks that they have already made him aware of his status by inviting him there. Raghav appears confused and asks for clarification, to which Dhruv responds by saying that they brought him there to inform him that he is no longer allowed to take care of Unnati. However, he is relieved to hear that she will have a home.
Raghav points out that it’s smaller than her wardrobe. Dhruv reassures him he will be in charge of her needs after marriage, not Raghav. Unnati receives a phone call and departs. Raghav warns Dhruv not to overstep his boundaries, as he has no choice but to marry his sister to someone like Dhruv. Dhruv claims he is just as powerless as his sister and refuses to follow anyone’s commands. Raghav tries physically confronting Dhruv, but Unnati returns and pulls him away.
Reet and Viraj show up at a site to cover a story. She informs him that they have been given the address of a company. However, upon arrival, they discover that it is an abandoned site. Just then, Reet receives a call and relays to Viraj that she has received a tip about the actual office location for their story. She takes his ID card and vows to bring justice to whoever is responsible for the office fraud.
The Mehendi ceremony begins, and Sharda greets her guests, displaying the gifts she has lovingly prepared for Reet. However, Divya harbors feelings of envy, prompting Prateek to suggest that she take action to regain Sharda’s affection.
Viraj contacts Reet to share a tip he received. She promises to return his call and prepares for her mehendi in Raghav’s bedroom. However, as she briefly steps out of the room, Raghav emerges from the bathroom wearing only a towel. Startled, she asks why he is there, to which he responds that it is his room. Reet insists on privacy and tells him to leave, but Raghav clarifies that it is his designated room on the premises. As he approaches her, she panics and warns him to stay away. In the confusion, Reet almost falls, but Raghav quickly catches her hand to prevent her from getting hurt. He then kindly retrieves his dupatta and exits the room.
As Unnati gets ready, a smile spreads across her face, and she gazes at Dhruv’s photos. However, her mood is quickly dampened when her friend Pooja appears. Pooja, who has been blackmailing her, refuses to leave and instead starts recording a video. Unnati reminds her of how she had previously coerced her into making a video of herself and Dhruv together by spiking his drink.
In the flashback, Unnati is revealed as being infatuated with Dhruv. Upon learning of his departure to Delhi, she took advantage of the situation by spiking his drink and orchestrating a compromising video with Pooja. When Pooja demands payment for her role, Unnati explains that the jewelry is part of her mehendi ensemble. However, Pooja insists on having it, or she will reveal everything to Raghav.
