Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 29th March 2025 Written Episode begins with a young boy approaching Raghav and pleading with him to save his mother’s life. The boy promises he will do anything if Raghav helps. Raghav recalls Neeta’s words from the past, where she told him that saving someone’s life is the greatest deed. Moved by the child’s plea, Raghav assures him that he will help, and the boy gratefully agrees.

Elsewhere, Viren informs Sharda that the compounder he hired to keep an eye on Neeta reported that she has only 24 hours left to live unless her son donates bone marrow. Sharda smirks and says that it’s good, as Raghav is leaving for Delhi for a meeting. Viren looks uneasy, commenting on her heartlessness.

Meanwhile, the young boy Raghav helped earlier thanks him for calling the doctor and saving his mother. As a token of gratitude, the boy gives him a coconut, saying it is blessed and that whoever offers it to God will have their wishes fulfilled. Raghav takes the coconut, thinking deeply about his own mother.

At home, Reet enters the room and notices Raghav’s clothes scattered on the bed. She folds them neatly and places them in the cupboard, where she discovers a small box. Curiously opening it, she finds a letter written by Raghav to his mother during childhood. In the letter, little Raghav writes that he made a bracelet for her at summer camp and wants her to always wear it. Reading it, Reet realizes that Raghav once deeply loved his mother and wonders why he now hates her so much. When she hears Raghav approaching, she quickly hides the letter and the bead she found inside the box.

Raghav enters the room and notices his clothes missing from the table. Reet tells him she put them in the cupboard. Irritated, Raghav sarcastically comments on her interference and informs her that he is going to Delhi the next day. When he asks for her help with packing, Reet pretends to be busy, fearing he might see the hidden letter. However, she eventually steps in to help, and they accidentally get tangled in some threads. Raghav untangles them and remarks that every time they try to help each other, they end up creating more chaos. Reet softly replies that at least they try. She then tells him that she can sense he wants to do something good but is holding himself back. Raghav brushes it off, saying she is overthinking.

Sharda enters the room, pretending to check on Raghav, and offers to help with his packing. Raghav refuses her help. Sharda silently leaves, confirming that Raghav truly plans to go to Delhi and thinks to herself that Neeta’s final moments are near.

The next morning, Sharda performs a puja at home. At the same time, Unnati arrives and tells her that everyone in the Chowdhary house is heartbroken because if Neeta doesn’t get a bone marrow transplant today, she will die. Unnati declares that she wants to donate her bone marrow to save Neeta. Sharda, hiding her shock, reminds Unnati that she is pregnant and cannot be a donor.

Raghav prepares to leave for Delhi, while Reet takes an auto to buy flowers for the puja. During the journey, the auto driver notices her distress and advises her to visit a temple and perform a ritual, saying that those who do so receive answers to their problems. Reet thanks him and decides to follow his advice.

At the temple, Reet begins the ritual, performing 500 rounds while holding a lit lamp and praying earnestly for Neeta’s life. Meanwhile, Sharda continues her puja at home, muttering that no one can save Neeta now.

As Raghav travels, he notices the coconut lying in the car. Remembering the boy’s words about blessings, he suddenly feels an emotional pull and instructs the driver to take him to the hospital instead of Delhi. Upon reaching, he rushes into the operation room and tells the doctor, “I am Neeta’s son, and I am ready to donate my bone marrow.”

At the temple, Reet finishes the ritual but collapses from exhaustion. Devotees rush to help her and offer water. As she regains strength, a flower from the idol of the goddess falls near her — a sign of divine blessing. Moments later, Reet receives a call from the hospital, informing her that Neeta’s son has arrived to save her life. Overwhelmed with joy, Reet thanks the goddess for answering her prayers.

Meanwhile, Unnati overhears a part of the conversation and misunderstands, believing that Neeta has died. Devastated, she faints, thinking she has lost her mother forever.

Reet hurries to the hospital and learns that Neeta’s surgery has already begun. Spotting a bracelet on a nearby table, she becomes suspicious. Dhruv tells her that Neeta had given an identical bracelet to Unnati, making Reet even more curious. Determined to uncover the truth, she rushes into the operation room.

The doctor steps out and announces that the surgery was successful. Reet enters the room and is stunned to see that Raghav was the one who donated his bone marrow. Overcome with emotion, she confronts him and demands an explanation. Raghav hesitates, torn between anger and love, but Reet stands firm, refusing to leave without the truth.
