Earlier that day, Reet prepares to leave Suryavanshi House and bids farewell to Sharda, Poonam, and Divya. Raghav insists that Reet should travel in his car as she is now his wife, rather than using her family’s old vehicle. He calls for the driver and instructs him to drop Reet and Dhruv home. However, Reet dismisses the driver and firmly states she will go with Dhruv instead. Raghav, displeased, walks away.

Meanwhile, Dhruv confides in Reet about his concerns—he has no job and is unsure of what to gift Unnati for the Pagphere ritual. Reet reassures him not to worry. Just then, Dhruv receives a call about a job interview, and Reet is thrilled for him. Viren overhears this conversation and later approaches Sharda with a scheme to create a rift between Unnati and Dhruv. Sharda, frustrated that her plans against Reet have failed, listens intently as Viren proposes sabotaging Dhruv’s job interview by using his connections. He ensures that Dhruv will not get the job and will also be delayed from picking up Unnati after the ritual. Sharda praises Viren’s cunning idea.

Meanwhile, Raghav is lost in thought about Dhruv’s revelation that Reet sold her bangles to buy an AC. He convinces himself that his actions were justified.

Reet receives a warm welcome from her family as she arrives for the Pagphere ritual. She eagerly asks about the household situation, and Suman immediately starts complaining about Unnati’s excessive spending. Reet’s uncle tries to reassure her, but their conversation is interrupted when the grocery store staff arrives, demanding payment. They warn Anuradha that if the dues aren’t cleared, they will stop delivering groceries. This prompts Suman to complain even more, and Smita joins in, criticizing Unnati for keeping the AC running constantly, increasing their electricity bill. Reet remains optimistic and assures them that things will improve once she finds a job.

Back at the interview venue, Dhruv waits impatiently as other candidates are called in while he is ignored.

At home, Anuradha is seen cutting two Rasmalais into four pieces, as they only had enough money to buy two. She serves them to Reet, who notices and comments that it’s good she got fewer sweets since she wants to maintain her diet.
