Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 4th March 2025 Written Update begins with Raghav confronting Dhruv. Dhruv asks Raghav why he and his sister never leave him alone. Raghav questions why Dhruv even came if he has such an issue. Just then, Unnati enters. Dhruv reveals that Unnati made a deal with him, promising divorce if he attended the wedding and acted as if their marriage was fine. Raghav is shocked on hearing this and walks away.
Meanwhile, Reet finds a photo of Sharda, Neeta, and Chandrika in the dustbin. Curious, she asks Chandrika about her connection with Neeta. Chandrika snaps back, saying it is none of her business, and leaves. Alone, Chandrika recalls her close bond with Neeta in the past and regrets her betrayal.
Vasudha, looking into the mirror, worries that she cannot go through with the marriage and hopes to tell Madhav the truth before the rituals. Hanumant comes and encourages her, saying he has high hopes for this marriage. Vasudha silently prays that his heart will not break when he learns the truth.
Later, Reet questions Sharda about her relationship with Neeta. Sharda dismisses her, reminding Reet that she is only a guest and not to behave like a daughter-in-law. Meanwhile, Vasudha prays to God, distressed that although Devansh placed a mangalsutra around her neck during the ad shoot, she is now being forced to marry Madhav.
Reet then asks Raghav if he knows about the connection between Sharda and Neeta. Instead of answering, Raghav questions Reet about whether she knew of Dhruv and Unnati’s divorce and if she agrees with it. Reet insists it is not her decision and Raghav leaves angrily.
Elsewhere, Sarika vows revenge for being humiliated earlier. She notices Vasudha wearing a mangalsutra and suspects theft. She drags Karishma along to confront her. They question Vasudha, but she remains silent. Soon, Chandrika arrives and demands an explanation. Reet quickly intervenes, claiming she had asked Vasudha to try it on to finalise the design. Chandrika scolds Vasudha, reminding her that a mangalsutra is not just jewellery but a sacred symbol of marriage. She orders Vasudha never to repeat such behaviour and leaves.
Later, Reet privately asks Vasudha to reveal the truth, promising support if she truly considers her a sister. Vasudha confesses that during the ad shoot, Dev performed all the marriage rituals with her, and for her, it was a real marriage. She admits she wants to tell this truth to Madhav and, if unable, will leave the house. Reet encourages her to tell Madhav and promises to help. Raghav overhears and is surprised to realise Reet values marriage so deeply, making him determined to fix things.
The next day, Dev worries about Vasudha leaving. Vasudha hands him a flower, calling it the last one she will give before leaving the house. Dev assures her she is only leaving the house, not their friendship, and makes her promise to always remain his friend. She agrees.
Reet then tells Dev that her friend considers him her husband after the ad shoot. Dev dismisses it as madness, calling the ad a lie, and leaves. Reet advises Vasudha to confess her feelings to Dev, but Vasudha refuses. Reet then urges her to tell the truth to Madhav instead. Vasudha gathers courage, approaches Madhav, and tells him she has something important to share.
