Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile 5th April 2025 Written Update begins with Viren questioning Reet about her comments. Reet reveals that she is upset because Raghav is in jail while Viren is celebrating and drinking alcohol. Viren tells her he is drinking to ease his sadness and shares that he lost a major deal due to Raghav’s arrest. Reet admits she did not know about this.
Reet then asks Viren about his exact role in Raghav’s company. Viren explains that he oversees the buying and selling activities. Reet questions how he did not realise that the company was using low quality materials in construction and directly asks if he is responsible for the issue. Viren dismisses her concerns, says he does not care about her opinion and refuses to answer anything further. Sharda steps in and asks Reet to stop her interrogation. She tells Reet that this is the time to unite the family, not create more conflict. Reet apologises and explains she is only trying to uncover the truth because she knows Raghav is innocent. Reet leaves.
Once she goes, Sharda asks Viren how he could remain so confident while facing Reet’s questions. Viren says he planned everything carefully and asks Sharda not to worry before walking away.
At the police station, Reet brings food for Raghav. Raghav tells her there is no need to do this and reminds her that she is only his guarantee wife. Reet reminds him that he asked Viraj to treat her wound, so she is simply looking after him in the same way. She tells him he can call it whatever he likes, then leaves.
Sharda arranges for the lawyer to discuss Raghav’s case in front of Unnati. Unnati insists they must do whatever is needed to free Raghav. Sharda subtly steers the conversation towards the topic of the power of attorney. The lawyer suggests that Sharda should take the power of attorney since Raghav cannot manage the business from jail. Unnati supports the idea and says she will speak to Raghav about it.
Viren later presents documents to Reet. She is shocked because the evidence points to Raghav being responsible. Viraj confirms that the documents are genuine. Reet says she will discuss it with Raghav.
Dhruv returns home injured, and the family questions him. He refuses to reveal anything. When Unnati arrives and sees his wounds, she also asks what happened, but Dhruv brushes it off and leaves.
Reet meets Raghav and tells him the situation. Raghav does not believe his suppliers would ever provide inferior materials. Reet says someone has betrayed his trust and suggests that if the suppliers are not at fault, then someone might have swapped good materials for cheap ones. Raghav says they should check the transport system and investigate the truck drivers. Reet leaves to follow this lead.
Unnati and Sharda visit Raghav at the station. Unnati breaks down seeing him and asks him to grant Sharda the power of attorney. Sharda says someone must handle the business in his absence. Raghav tells her to send the lawyer the next day.
Reet and Bhaumik later check the truck driver entry logs and notice that one page has been torn out. They wonder who could have done it.
Meanwhile, some goons confront Dhruv and threaten him. Reet passes by in an auto and notices the situation. The goons flee when they see her. Reet asks Dhruv what happened, but he refuses to speak and leaves.
The next day, the lawyer arrives at the Suryavanshi mansion and announces that Raghav has granted the power of attorney to Reet instead of Sharda. Sharda is stunned. Reet says she will clarify this with Raghav because she believes Sharda is more experienced in handling the business. Sharda insists Reet should keep the responsibility since it was Raghav’s decision. Pratap also says Reet is more capable than Sharda. Reet signs the papers.
Sharda silently vows to make Reet’s life so difficult that Raghav will eventually withdraw the power of attorney from her and hand it over to Sharda.
