The episode begins with Reet speaking to someone over the phone about emailing her biodata. Raghav overhears the conversation and offers his laptop to her. Reet accepts, and Raghav sarcastically comments that her struggles stem from not accepting his phone earlier. A short exchange of taunts follows before Raghav heads to sleep.

Meanwhile, the Chowdary family returns home, and Dhruv is surprised. Anuradha reveals that Unnati sent them out for a walk. Unnati joyfully announces she has cooked for everyone, but the family finds it hard to eat her food. She then starts preparing kheer for Dhruv, but a mishap in the kitchen causes a fire. The Chowdary family manages to extinguish it and notices that Unnati had also left the gas on, nearly causing a disaster. They open the windows to ventilate the area and criticize Unnati’s carelessness.

Elsewhere, Neeta watches a video of Reet arguing with Kesari and secretly decides to help Reet by arranging a job for her without informing her.

Reet heads for a job interview and talks briefly with Anuradha on the phone. Suman takes the call and scolds Reet, blaming her for Unnati’s mistake. Reet apologizes, unaware that Unnati doesn’t know how to turn off the gas. Unnati overhears this conversation and recalls Sharda’s warning that Reet is her enemy. She accuses Anuradha of always blaming her.

At the interview, Reet performs well until the interviewer receives a video of her argument with Kesari. Accused of trying to steal Kesari’s credit, she is rejected on the spot. Heartbroken, Reet walks home to save money, only to sprain her ankle when her shoe heel breaks.

Meanwhile, Raghav calls Sharda, asking her to prepare snacks and tea for his business delegates. Sharda pretends to be distressed, saying the chef is on leave, Poonam has a doctor’s appointment, Divya is out shopping, and she feels unwell. Reet offers to cook for the delegates and assures her she’ll manage.

Reet cooks biryani and leaves. Later, Divya enters the kitchen and secretly increases the flame to burn the dish. Raghav returns home with his guests and introduces Mr. Burani to the family. Sharda informs them that Reet prepared the food.

Reet serves the meal and quietly leaves. Raghav confronts her, suspecting she purposely burnt the food to teach him a lesson. However, Burani tastes the biryani and praises it. Sharda questions Divya, who confesses she tried to ruin the dish but is shocked that Reet somehow saved it.

A flashback reveals that Reet had returned to check the food, noticed the flame was too high, and cleverly used bread to remove the burnt smell and salvage the dish.

Impressed, Burani awards the business contract to Suryavanshi Industries. Raghav wants to thank Reet but hesitates. Sharda’s husband notices and teases Raghav, who then silently resolves to help Reet get her job back as a token of gratitude.
