Jagriti 10th January 2025 Written Episode begins with Geeta telling Ganga that she has never faced such a dilemma before. She recalls how Amol once tried to kill her and humiliated her in front of the entire village, yet for Sapna, he was everything — her biggest strength. Now, with Amol gone, Sapna has lost that source of strength. Ganga comforts her.
At Amol’s cremation ceremony, Jagriti and Bindi attend, but Jagriti’s focus remains on Geeta’s wellbeing. Sapna spots Jagriti and furiously demands to know how she dared to come. She orders Jagriti to leave, accusing Geeta of snatching Amol from her. She tells Jagriti to at least spare her mother. Kalikant also asks Geeta to send Jagriti away. Geeta agrees, and Jagriti leaves quietly.
Meanwhile, Ballu questions Durjan about whether he has nothing to say regarding Harish’s “mistake” in killing Amol. Jagriti firmly denies Harish’s involvement, stating that he did not kill Amol. Durjan warns her that the police believe otherwise and may target the entire Chitta community. Jagriti assures him that Geeta will ensure justice for Harish.
Geeta’s senior officer tells her she could serve as the judge for the case, as her name is not listed among the witnesses. However, he warns that if she does, she will have to choose between her duties as a judge and being a mother to both daughters. Geeta silently reflects on the gravity of the situation.
Outside the court, Sapna, Suraj, and other children protest, demanding justice for Sapna. Jagriti, watching from a distance, insists Harish is innocent. Geeta arrives and assures Sapna inside the courtroom that she will receive justice and asks her not to worry.
Elsewhere, Kalikant attacks Inspector Singh. Gayatri questions his actions, and Kalikant explains that the inspector named Akash as a key witness in Amol’s murder. Gayatri is displeased, and Akash steps forward, stating he will testify. He says he saw someone behind the curtain during Amol’s murder and is certain that person committed the crime. Kalikant, enraged, tries to strike Akash, but Ganga intervenes. Kalindi arrives and confronts Kalikant.
In court, Geeta begins Harish’s hearing and asks if any lawyer will represent him. Harish replies that, as a member of the Chitta community, no lawyer is willing to take his case. Jagriti steps forward and offers to defend him. Geeta allows her to proceed.
The public prosecutor calls it an open-and-shut case, claiming Harish killed Amol out of anger after a fire in the Chitta community was blamed on Amol. Harish denies being called by Amol to the farmhouse. The prosecutor brings Jagriti to the stand. She testifies that she saw someone behind the curtain and believes that person is the real killer. She also states Akash witnessed the same.
Akash is then called and confirms Jagriti’s statement. Jagriti urges Geeta to investigate further. Sapna, however, clashes with Jagriti, insisting that Geeta also saw Harish kill Amol.
