Jagriti 18th December 2024 Written Episode opens with Jaggu encouraging Akash to taste the black coffee again. Though reluctant, he takes a sip and notes that it’s sweet. Jaggu, puzzled, recalls how Kalindi had claimed it was bitter and got Ganga scolded for it. Their suspicion grows.

Elsewhere in the haveli, Kalikant proudly shows Kalindi the grand Durbar, declaring it as his ancestral throne where he takes key decisions. Kalindi playfully sits on the throne, but the guards immediately aim their guns at her. Kalikant stops them just in time, telling her that only he and his heir are allowed to sit there. She gets up quickly, surprised. Just then, a court officer arrives and hands Kalikant a summon notice. Kalikant brushes it off as a minor issue.

Kalindi changes the mood by asking Kalikant to give her a tour of the haveli. She calls him “uncle” affectionately and dubs him “KK.” Amused and flattered, Kalikant agrees to show her around.

Meanwhile, Akash and Jaggu talk. She observes there’s nothing left at home, and Akash explains that the court summon is an official call to appear. In another corner of the haveli, Gayatri catches Jaggu and rudely tells her to leave.

On the other side of town, Gita is in prayer, asking for strength to punish Amol and Kalikant and to finally acknowledge Jagriti as her daughter in public. Sapna walks in, accusing Gita of betrayal. A flashback reveals Amol confronting Gita’s parents, Sujata and Solanki, about the summon Gita sent him. Sujata and Solanki condemn Amol for his misdeeds—trying to defame and harm Gita and her daughter. They clarify that they love their daughter Sapna, while Gita has chosen her own path.

Amol fumes, telling Sapna that Gita is favoring the “Chitta” girl. Sapna is shocked to learn Gita might know the truth and storms off. In the present, Sapna asks Gita if she intends to accept Jagriti as her daughter. Gita denies cheating her, but Sapna runs off in anguish. Gita chases her and ends up injuring herself.

While Jaggu is on her way to the basti, she hears Gita’s cries. Amol, lurking nearby, vows to manipulate Gita and make her afraid of justice.

Suddenly, a tree falls near Sapna as she’s running. Gita, horrified, calls out to her and rushes to help. Sapna faints. Gita pulls her away from danger. Jaggu arrives and sees the fallen tree, panicking that her mother might be trapped beneath it.

Amol then appears and forcefully pulls Jaggu aside, warning her to stay away or face death—her and her mother. Jaggu confronts him for his cruel past behavior and reminds him of the humiliation he caused. Amol, furious, declares he won’t let her dominate him like Kalikant does.

He lifts Jaggu and throws her—she lands in Harish’s arms, who arrives just in time to catch her. Jaggu urgently tells Harish that Gita is in danger. Amol tries to attack, but Harish punches him in retaliation. Bindi pleads with Harish to stop.

Jaggu insists something bad has happened to her mother. Amol, seething, threatens to kill Harish next. Jaggu bravely stands between them, but Amol threatens to kill both. Bindi jumps in between to protect them.

Amol then turns his menace on Harish, saying his beloved became his wife, while the girl who loves Harish—Jaggu—will become his prey. He chillingly warns that once he’s done, Harish will die with guilt. He ends the confrontation with a twisted remark to Bindi, saying he’ll “meet her later.”

Precap:

Gita finally confronts her parents, demanding to know why they lied to her. Tearfully, she says, “Because of you, I can’t hug my daughter.” Sapna, consumed by jealousy, points a gun at Gita and demands a promise—that Gita will never consider the “Chitta girl” as her daughter.
