Jagriti 18th January 2025 Written Episode begins with Jaggu pleading with Kachori to hand over the gun, saying it is the last chance to save her Baba. Kachori insists it is also her last chance to save her own father. Golu urges Kachori to run with the gun. In the tussle, Kachori falls, and Jaggu immediately tends to her injury out of concern. Golu tries to interfere, but Akash strikes him on the head with a catapult, warning him not to harm Jaggu. Frightened, Golu and his friends flee. Jaggu assures Kachori that she will never hurt her because they are friends, but reminds her that justice must be done. She recalls her mother’s words that the right must always prevail. Jaggu grabs the gun and runs.

At the court, Gita anxiously waits while constables remind her they must take Harish back to jail before 5 pm. Harish tells Gita to inform Jaggu that he accepts his fate and that he loves her dearly. Gita breaks down and asks why she is failing. Just then, Jaggu arrives with the gun. Gita checks the time and sees there are still three minutes left. Relieved, she praises Jaggu for fulfilling her promise and rushes inside to present the evidence.

Meanwhile, Inspector Singh hides Ballu away, warning him not to implicate Sarkar in the case. At home, Akash lies to Kalindi, telling her that Jaggu is injured and staying at Gita’s house. Sapna overhears and fumes. Kalindi notices Sapna’s anger and smirks to herself.

At Gita’s house, she tends to Jaggu’s injuries and offers her food. Jaggu enjoys it, calling it the best meal she has ever had. She shyly asks if they will all live together when Baba returns from jail. Gita promises they will. Just then, Sapna arrives and claps mockingly. She accuses Gita of favouring Jaggu over her, angrily tearing Gita’s childhood toy rabbit with scissors. She declares she will not let Jaggu ruin her life, blaming Jaggu’s father for killing her own. Jaggu prepares to leave, saying she is used to hunger, but Gita weeps at her pain.

Elsewhere, Akash massages Ganga’s head and asks why she is competing with Kalindi to win back Papa. Ganga explains that she is protecting him from outside threats, not from the family. Back at Gita’s home, Kalindi pretends to apologise for bringing Sapna, but Sapna insists she will leave too. Gita pleads with her to stay, but Sapna storms out.

Jaggu later returns to the basti where Jhumpa and Durjan confront her, demanding Ballu’s whereabouts. Jaggu denies knowing anything, but Kachori suggests that Gita must know. Jhumpa drags Jaggu to Gita’s house and accuses Gita of hiding Ballu. Gita defends herself, saying she has no reason to kidnap Ballu when only his statement can free Harish. She promises Kachori that she will bring Ballu back safely. Jaggu decides to leave, saying the house belongs to Sapna. But Gita insists she stay and shares her suspicion that Kalikant Thakur is behind Ballu’s disappearance. She secretly gives Jaggu a spy camera to plant in Kalindi’s belongings.
