Jagriti 23rd February 2025 Written Episode Update begins with Akash confronting Kalikant. He reminds him of his past, when he loved Kalindi despite being married to Ganga. Enraged by the remark, Kalikant slaps Akash but quickly forgives him because of his strength and intelligence. However, he orders Akash to forget Jagriti. Akash refuses, and Kalikant gives him an ultimatum—either choose Jagriti and leave the house, or stay with the family and abandon her. Akash stands firm and chooses Jagriti, sacrificing his inheritance and empire.
Meanwhile, Jagriti’s friends question her about her relationship with Akash. Suraj taunts her and takes a shocking step by having gasoline poured around her and setting it on fire, fully aware of her fear of flames. As Jagriti struggles to breathe, Akash arrives just in time and rescues her from the blaze.
Akash warns Suraj to stay away from Jagriti, declaring that he has already sacrificed his claim to the inheritance for her. Suraj mocks him, saying Jagriti is still upset with him, but Akash insists that she has forgiven him. Sapna openly sides with Suraj, declaring her loyalty to him, which excites Suraj. Jagriti, however, worries about how Akash will continue his fight for the Chitta people now that he has given up his inheritance.
Later, Suraj manipulates Kalikant, warning him that if Akash brings Jagriti into the family after inheriting the empire, it will bring ruin. At the same time, Kalikant receives a troubling call from the police. They demand Rs 2.5 million to cover up Suraj’s attempt to burn Jagriti alive, leaving Kalikant angry and frustrated.
At the Chitta settlement, Bindi reassures the people that Akash has not abandoned the fight, only his inheritance. The community pledges their full support to him. Jagriti too promises to stand with him, but she reminds Akash that if he truly wants to help the Chitta people, he must reclaim his position as Kalikant’s heir. Encouraged by her words, Akash asks Jagriti if she loves him. She finally admits that she loves him beyond imagination and shares a plan to help him regain his place.
At the mansion, Ganga and Kalikant argue about their sons. Ganga defends their capabilities and suggests that if Akash marries Jagriti, at least Kalikant would not have to worry about him choosing another Chitta girl. Kalikant begins to contemplate her words.
Later, Suraj confronts Jagriti at the canteen. He questions her sudden forgiveness of Akash and suspects she has a hidden motive. Jagriti firmly dismisses his suspicions and walks away, leaving Suraj more doubtful than ever.
