The Episode begins with Jaggu reminding Kachori that she had previously mentioned being a Chitta and questioning why she had encouraged her to pursue education for freedom. Jaggu wonders who will offer her education if not Kachori. Suddenly, they hear Ratna’s cries and rush over. Concerned, Jaggu asks what’s wrong with Ratna Kaki and learns she is in labor. The other ladies attend to her, with Bindi commenting that Ratna Mausi will give birth to the baby.

Ratna successfully gives birth to the baby, and everyone applauds with joy. Jaggu comments that Chota Babu has arrived and playfully caused Ratna Kaki to shed tears, but now he is crying. Mangla checks in on Ratna’s well-being, to which she nods affirmatively. Nanda proudly presents the newborn baby and announces that Raka has a son. The news brings immense happiness to everyone. Durjan suggests they celebrate by dancing and playing music. Jaggu can’t help but feel disappointed that Raka kaka couldn’t be here to give birth to his child.

Bindi proudly displays the baby to the group while Jaggu gazes at the child and reaches for Bindi’s hand. Durjan then takes the baby and instructs Ballu to bring out the bike. Mangla suggests postponing this until after the marriage, but Durjan insists on completing the Chitta dharm first. The group departs, leaving Jaggu curious about their destination. Nanda explains that they are heading to the haveli, where Sarkar will predict the baby’s destiny and take impressions of their hands and feet, a traditional custom for newborns. Jaggu is taken aback and shares her disapproval with Harish, who remains silent.

Durjan placed the baby in front of Kalikant’s feet. Suraj wanted to see how the baby’s destiny would be written. Kalikant invited him to have a seat. Akash arrived, but Ganga attempted to take him away. However, Kalikant insisted on letting him witness the situation. Inspector Singh also appeared, explaining that he had accepted the hand and feet impressions of the so-called “born criminal.” He was about to take the hand impression when Jaggu intervened and halted the process. Questioning Kalikant, she pointed out that God is believed to write everyone’s destiny, not a human being like him. She asked why Chitta Babu was being subjected to such a cruel fate by Kalikant and questioned how someone who chooses to write negative destinies can call themselves a “destiny planner.” This comment caused Kalikant to rise from his seat.

The inspector and the others raise their voices while Durjan expresses his regret and instructs Jaggu to kneel before Kalikant. He then reassures her that Kalikant will only intervene when necessary, like a bird whose wings are clipped due to excessive flapping. Durjan introduces Jaggu to their customs, assuring her he is their destined guide. Finally, he gives the police the baby’s hand and footprints, which Inspector Singh takes to Kalikant.

Kalikant shows Jaggu the paper as evidence of his supposed fate to become a criminal. Jaggu argues that destiny is not set in stone. Ganga wipes the ink off the baby’s hand on her clothes, causing Akash to smile. Durjan is shocked, while Kalikant becomes enraged and reaches for his gun. The others frantically cry out for him to stop. In the chaos, Kalikant shoots at Jaggu, but Ganga manages to divert the gun’s direction in mid-air. In a fit of anger, Kalikant slaps Ganga harshly instead.

He proceeds to hit her in the room and reminds her that he had allowed her to clasp her hands but not his. He reiterates that she is a woman and should remain in the kitchen, not his court. Gayatri enters and questions Kali’s actions, commending Ganga for standing up for herself. Kalikant demands an explanation from Gayatri.

According to Gayatri, the Chitta community sees you as a destiny planner. They believe that you have shielded their women and children from police brutality and prevented them from being sold. As a result, they feel entirely reliant on you. The reality is that your success and your business depend on Chitta’s support. Gayatri believes that if you had killed that girl, your reputation as their savior would have been destroyed, and people would have turned against you without hesitation. She reminds you that your intellect built this kingdom and urges you to use it wisely. She suggests using the police to eliminate her instead.

Durjan passes the baby to Ratna, declaring that it shall be the Chitta of the Basti. He adds that he doesn’t want another rebel. Jaggu defends his actions by stating he did what he believed was right. Bindi quickly interjects, telling her not to speak further. Ballu inquires if Durjan noticed this quality in Jaggu and suggests immediately making her the head of the community. Nanda intervenes, requesting him to desist.

According to Durjan, Jaggu may have the potential to take on a significant role in the community once he grows up, but becoming the head is out of reach. Only someone with fire in their heart and willingness to sacrifice themselves for the community can hold that position. He goes on to say that Harish’s jealousy and impure nature have existed since childhood. As they push Harish’s wheelchair, Jaggu asks what his father has done this time. Durjan warns that if any harm comes to the community, he will not hesitate to use fire to retaliate.
