Jagriti 28th January 2025 Written Episode begins with a leap. A servant serves black coffee to a businessman while his son Rohan checks if dragon fruit juice has been arranged for Jagriti. When it is not ready, the businessman worries about what his daughter will drink after waking up. Rohan assures him that he will arrange it, while his wife Suman complains that no one is making food for him. The businessman fondly hopes Jagriti had a peaceful sleep.
Jagriti, however, is seen sleeping on the floor. Hearing the servant call out, she quickly runs to her bed and pretends to wake up when her father enters. He hugs her warmly and tells her she has secured admission into college with 97 percent in her entrance test. Jagriti asks if her admission was due to merit or his influence. He proudly says it was on her own merit. He notices she again avoided sleeping on the mattress and gently questions her.
Later, Jagriti reminds Rohan of his promise to watch her shooting practice. She gives him an apple for breakfast since food was delayed. She confides that she dreams of becoming an IPS officer to help people in distress and declares she will bring true awakening just as her name suggests.
Meanwhile, Suraj makes an entry. When he learns that Saket has complained against him, he storms into his classroom, drags him out and threatens him. Students whisper that only one boy can handle Suraj. At the same time, Akash sketches Jagriti’s portrait in class. When the drawing falls, he rushes to save it. The teacher questions him about whose picture it is.
Jagriti continues her shooting practice, arguing with a helper who tells her to focus on “women’s work.” Jagriti asserts that duties should depend on competency, not gender. While practising, she notices fire nearby, panics and faints calling for her mother. Her foster father rushes in, scolds the staff, and comforts her. Jagriti tearfully says that even her real father would not have loved her as much as he does. He reminds her that he adopted her when she was nine and insists she should only remember that she is his daughter.
Back at college, Suraj continues bullying Saket. Akash intervenes, catches a ball aimed at Saket, and warns Suraj not to damage their father’s reputation. He reminds Suraj that students are filming everything and if it goes viral, their father will be ashamed. Akash declares he will earn his place with effort, not rivalry, while Suraj vows to claim their father’s chair.
Elsewhere, Jagriti looks up at the sky and sadly wonders about her mother, saying unlike Rohan, she has no memory of hers. Rohan comforts her and says she will remember in time.
The businessman later watches Kalikant’s interview and looks at a photo of Geeta, Harish and young Jagriti. He apologises silently to her. At the same time, Akash and Suraj meet Kalikant, who tells them about his new business plan. When Suraj is called to college for an issue, Kalikant mutters that times have changed, where gold has turned into copper and copper into gold.
Jagriti readies her car and leaves for college, hoping to find good people instead of bad influences.
