Jaggu inquires about the writing on the file, prompting Akash to read out Harish’s information, labeling him a “born criminal.” Amol is captivated by Bindi, while Kalikant performs Aarti. Suraj suddenly notices Akash’s absence and wonders where he went. Meanwhile, Akash discovers Durjan, Raka, and Jagriti’s files. This revelation takes Jagriti aback. Akash questions what should be done with these files, to which Jagriti responds that they unfairly label them as criminals despite committing no crimes. Determined to eliminate the unjust accusations, she resolves to burn the files. In the meantime, Suraj shares a secret message with Kalikant in a hushed tone.

Kalikant becomes irritated, and Akash hands Jagriti a diya. As she prepares to burn the file, Kalikant arrives and knocks the diya over with a wooden stick. He then strikes Jagriti and declares that she cannot clean it herself; he will summon Jamuna to do so. He instructs her to leave and go home, as her aunt has arrived. Jaggu departs.

Amol inquires Kalikant why he allowed the girl, who attempted to burn the files in his home, to go unpunished. He expresses confusion over Kalikant’s actions and wonders if understanding them would have made him a sarkar. Kalikant replies that the girl is not afraid of a gun and explains that he must handle her with cunning for her family or his son not to support her. Amol then asks how this will be accomplished, to which Kalikant responds by stating he will alter the Chitta girl’s schedule and throws his watch at Amol.

Bindi appreciates that Kalikant took no action. According to Jaggu, Sarkar did not chastise or penalize me. According to Bindi, there is no way to alter their fate. He is asked to allow Amol to arrest her. Kalikant concurs. Amol considers Bindi. Where is Amol lost, Kalikant asks? He claims that the legal case will not proceed since Gita is pursuing him. Since custodial deaths continue to occur, Amol argues that even a formal complaint is unnecessary and that she will be in the PS or he will kill her.

Upon arriving at Chitta Basti, Inspector Singh is greeted by Nanda and Durjan. They inquire about his early morning visit, and the inspector replies that their timing is unfortunate. Nanda then asks for more details, curious about the reason for the inspector’s solemn demeanor. He explains that Jaggu has been accused of stealing Sarkar’s valuable watch. However, Jaggu denies any involvement in the theft, and the inspector dismisses it as a misunderstanding, chuckling at the absurd accusation. Turning to his lady constables, he instructs them to arrest Jaggu. Harish and Bindi interject in protest and plead for Jaggu to be released.

As the lady constable pushes Bindi, Inspector Singh admonishes her for this action and helps Bindi to stand back up. Jaggu quickly defends Bindi by stating that she did not steal anything. Durjan then reminds the inspector that they are under Sarkar’s protection and should not mistreat innocent children and women. Inspector Singh affirms that Sarkar will continue to support them as long as they remain faithful to him.

According to Jaggu, she did not commit a theft. The inspector instructs the constable to search her hut. The constable enters and feigns finding the watch there. Then, the inspector orders the lady constables to escort her into the jeep. Despite pleas from Harish, Bindi, and others, the police transport her away.

Harish begs Durjan to rescue Jaggu, but Durjan insists on letting her go and believes she needs to face the consequences of being a Chitta. Harish questions this decision, to which Durjan reminds him that they are both loyal servants of Sarkar, who views Jaggu as a rebel. As Bindi chases after the jeep, it comes to a halt.

Kalikant splashes a bucket of water on Akash and inquires if he would defy his father to stand by the Chitta girl. Drenching him with yet another bucket of water, he declares that Akash has become contaminated. He adds that he assumed Akash’s mother was responsible for his inadequate upbringing, but now he is a disgrace to their family. Without hesitation, Kalikant tosses yet another bucket of water at him. Gayatri intervenes and urges Kalikant to halt his actions, suggesting they try to reason with Akash’s mother next time. They exit the scene. Ganga embraces Akash, sobbing uncontrollably.

Jaggu denies taking Sarkar’s watch and requests that the Constable accompany her to the haveli to question Akash. The Inspector questions her audacity in mentioning Chote Sarkar despite her lower status and asks if she has no fear.

Akash thanks Ganga for instilling in him the importance of doing what is right. He questions the reason behind Papa’s punishment. Ganga explains that Papa believes he is wrong. She adds that when one holds power, they tend to view others as wrong and themselves as correct. She expresses her pride in Akash for aiding Jagriti, who is experiencing the same pain as him.
