Jagriti 5th November 2024 Written Episode Update on worldofentertainment.in
The episode begins when Harish and Bindi arrive at the court. Harish’s wheelchair accidentally hits Gita. Bindi urges Harish to hurry. Harish confronts Gita, questioning her actions regarding his daughter. Gita dismisses her assistant and expresses her desire to interrogate Harish. She demands to know the whereabouts of her daughter. Harish recognizes Gita’s anger towards him and offers himself up for punishment. He pleads for his daughter to be left out of it.
According to Gita, the space we are currently in is the court and the chair I am occupying. She does not believe in seeking revenge or punishment, only justice. She thinks it is unjust to punish someone for the actions of another. As Jagriti arrives with law enforcement and workers from a juvenile home, she questions what crime her father has committed. Harish interjects, stating that they are all inherently criminals. Gita signals for the workers to remove Jagriti from the premises. However, she reassures Jagriti that her father is not a criminal and has never committed a crime.
According to Harish, you are a courageous daughter of mine. She is being transported in the jeep. Harish believes I will appear as a lawbreaker in your mother’s eyes. Amol approaches Gita and escorts her away from that location. Gita protests, urging him to release her hand as he misbehaves towards a judge. Amol clarifies that she may hold the title of a judge in the courtroom, but in this situation, she must comply with his demands or face the repercussions.
Harish envisions himself losing his composure and retaliating against Amol but quickly comes to terms with the situation. Amol questions Gita’s strong attachment to Chitta and warns her that she may accuse her father of being a criminal. Gita reassures him there is no need to be afraid and reminds him that if her father is innocent, he should let Kalikant Thakur clear his name through lawful means. She reminds him that this is not a suggestion but an order to uphold justice.
Subsequently, the prosecuting attorney updates Kalikant that he had faked a heart attack earlier that day. He expresses uncertainty about their next move, remarking on the girl’s intelligence. In response, Kalikant suggests that he should make a spectacle of himself and drown in shallow waters. He dismisses the rest of his team as incompetent for fearing the “Chitta girl”. Further, he boasts about his ability to keep things under control and manipulate people’s speech and actions.
At the Juvenile home, the children cheer and bang their plates with spoons to support Jaggu. The warden informs her that news of her court case has spread throughout the facility. She explained that some kids were overjoyed to be there without committing any wrongdoing. Jaggu confidently proclaims that she will remove the criminal stigma from her identity and return to her neighbourhood. As a sign of celebration, they shower her with flower petals.
Kalikant is currently in the Basti and wonders how you courageously spoke to that girl who stated to me. He warns that if anything happens to him, he will take drastic measures and burn down the entire basti. He also adds that your actions will ultimately lead to your downfall based on constitutional law. Durjan urges him to reconsider and give them a chance before Jagriti’s court hearing tomorrow.
Ballu is determined to end her life. Harish vehemently protests and rises in fury. Durjan reminds him of the importance of basti above all else. Harish argues that intelligence was insufficient to stop her, so now they must use their power. Kalikant acknowledges Harish’s past actions and feels indebted to him. He plans for Harish to intervene tomorrow when Ballu tries to kill Jaggu. He suggests they continue their competition to see who will emerge victorious, determining how long she will live. Kachori becomes anxious and sympathizes with Jaggu’s predicament.
At the Juvenile home, Jaggu lies awake and reaches for her mother’s anklet. Gita possesses the matching piece. Jaggu expresses her frustration at being unable to sleep and pleads with her mother to send some restful slumber her way while gazing up at the sky. As she sings a lullaby, tears fall from Gita’s eyes. Harish grabs a knife and reassures Bindi not to fret, stating that although everyone has seen him as helpless until now, they will now witness his bravery.
Akash explains how to find out where Jagriti is. Suraj wonders why he is concerned and begs him to let her go. When Jagriti and I completed that task together, Akash asked why she was the only one receiving punishment while I was okay. Suraj leaves after requesting that he die. Akash decides to visit Basti to learn more.
The day after, Jaggu rides in the Police jeep to court. She thanks her parents for teaching her to be grateful and putting her to sleep. She mentions that the lawyer at court asks many questions in English and wishes Akash was with her to help translate. Later on, Akash arrives at the basti.
Kachori spots him and exclaims, “Nanhe Sarkar, you made it!” Akash inquires about Jagriti’s whereabouts. Kachori responds, “Actually, I was going to inform you about this. Jaggu’s safety is at risk.” Confused, Akash asks for more details. Suddenly, Ballu and his accomplices throw nails in front of the police car and jeep, causing them to halt. They approach the jeep and try to take Jaggu with them forcefully. In distress, she pleads with them to let her go as she has a court appearance. The juvenile workers intervene and demand that they release her.
Upon entering the courtroom, Gita promptly requested the start of the hearing. However, the prosecution lawyer informs her that the girl has not yet arrived.
After bringing Jaggu to his side, Inspector Singh requests they leave the girl alone. He takes action. Ballu strikes Inspector Singh. Inspector Singh threatens him and chastises him for striking him violently. He promises to make your cucumber in your basti if I get wounded. He sees Ballu pleading. He is asked to beat him by the inspector. Even the Inspector is beaten, so Jaggu asks what should be done. Jaggu is held by Ballu’s men, who then take her away. The inspector grinned.
During the court proceedings, the prosecution lawyer questions the length of time we will continue to wait for the Chitta girl. He makes a statement about their profession being centred around deceit and fraud. Additionally, he confidently asserts that she will not appear in court. In response, Gita reminds him that it is not the court’s place to judge someone’s character simply because they are a “chitta.” She challenges his certainty that the girl will not show up by asking how he can be so sure. The lawyer defends his claim by pointing out that she has not arrived yet, which he sees as disrespectful to the court.
Gita firmly declares that this is her court and is not offended. She gestures for the gentleman to sit and advises him to be cautious as his health may worsen. Jaggu interjects, urging the man to let him go, and Gita recognizes him as Harish. She is overjoyed to see him walking and embraces him warmly. Ballu reprimands his men for allowing a handicapped man to take his daughter without resistance.
Jaggu expresses her desire to go to court and clear her criminal label to Harish, who then responds that the court may not provide justice. He confesses that he is willing to bear the title of a criminal but not the loss of her. Ballu instructs his men to look for them. Harish overhears this and becomes alert. Gita eagerly waits for Jaggu’s arrival.
Precap :
Gita commands the Police to locate Jaggu and return her to the court. Spotting Jaggu’s garments on the ground, Ballu attacks them with a knife. Harish cries out for Jaggu as his comrades restrain him. Gita announces that court proceedings will not end until the girl is brought before them. Amid it all, she injures her finger, causing a moment of shock. Harish, too, is taken aback by this unexpected turn of events.
