Jagriti 7th March 2025 Written Episode begins with Jagriti trying to comfort Suraj, who is sitting alone and lost in pain. She gently places a hand on his shoulder, urging him not to lose hope. But Suraj, overwhelmed with grief and betrayal, snaps at her. “You can’t understand what it feels like to be deceived by the one you love,” he says bitterly. Jagriti insists that she knows what heartbreak feels like, but Suraj refuses to accept her sympathy. When she continues to stay by his side, he gets up and walks away silently, leaving her disheartened. Unbeknownst to them, Akash witnesses the exchange from a distance, his expression filled with doubt.
Later, Jagriti notices Ganga wiping her tears while cutting onions in the kitchen. Concerned, she walks over and offers to help. Ganga smiles faintly and agrees, but before they can begin, Sapna enters and mocks Jagriti. She arrogantly orders Ganga to bring her a glass of juice. Ganga, ever kind, quietly obeys. Jagriti, however, confronts Sapna, asking, “Why are you treating Ganga like a servant? She’s your elder.”
Sapna defends herself, claiming, “Ganga has been helping me since I was a child. It’s nothing new.” Jagriti responds firmly, “Just because something was wrong in the past doesn’t make it right now. Respect should grow with age, not vanish.” The tension rises until Ganga steps in, trying to diffuse the situation. “It’s only juice, beta,” she says gently. “I don’t mind.” Jagriti insists she’ll fetch it instead, but Sapna smirks and dismisses the matter, leaving the kitchen with a smug look.
Meanwhile, Akash reflects on the recent events and begins to reconsider his assumptions about Jagriti. He approaches her later that day and admits, “I think I was wrong about you. After looking at everything carefully, I don’t believe you were behind the bridal swap.” Jagriti is taken aback and asks, “Why this sudden change of heart?” Akash replies, “Because your actions don’t match your accusations. I don’t think you’re capable of something so deceitful.”
Before Jagriti can respond, Manisha enters dramatically and interrupts the conversation. “Akash, don’t be fooled,” she warns. “Jagriti and Suraj are working together against you.” Jagriti looks at her in disbelief while Manisha continues, “I saw Suraj coming out of her room late at night. When I asked him, he lied and said Saketh was injured. And that’s not all…”
Akash, now visibly tense, demands to know more. Manisha adds, “Suraj once told Jagriti to use her charm to destroy you—to take revenge. I heard it myself.” Jagriti protests, “That’s a lie, Manisha! You’re twisting everything.” But Akash, blinded by anger and confusion, refuses to listen. Sapna appears just then and takes Akash away, throwing a sarcastic remark at Jagriti about always being “the misunderstood saint.”
Furious and heartbroken, Akash later goes to his room and stares at a painting of Jagriti that he had once made. Consumed by anger, he tears it apart. Ganga, hearing the noise, rushes in and tries to calm him. “You’re doing the same mistake you made eight years ago,” she pleads. “Jagriti is innocent.” But Akash retorts bitterly, “No, Maa! I won’t repeat the same mistake twice. She’s fooling everyone just like before.” He storms off, leaving Ganga in tears.
That night, Jagriti stands alone in the courtyard, gazing at the stars. She prays to her late mother, whispering, “Why does no one believe me? Why must I keep proving myself over and over again?” Her moment of solitude is interrupted when Sapna arrives. With fake concern, Sapna tells her, “You might want to check on your husband. Suraj is drunk and creating chaos at a nightclub. He’s fighting with the bouncers—go get him before he lands in jail.”
Worried, Jagriti rushes to the nightclub. She finds Suraj drunk, yelling at the staff and resisting security. She pulls him away and takes him outside. In his intoxicated state, Suraj mistakes her for Sapna and begins ranting, “Why did you do this to me? You switched dresses with Jagriti… you married Akash instead of me.” Jagriti freezes, shocked. She realizes this is the truth behind the bridal swap.
“Say that again,” she demands. “What did Sapna do?” But Suraj, barely conscious, mumbles incoherently and collapses. Jagriti struggles to bring him home and lets him rest on the bed, her mind spinning with confusion and disbelief.
The next morning, Suraj wakes up groggy, finding Jagriti sitting beside him, glaring. “You have a lot to explain,” she says sternly. “Last night, you said Sapna switched places with me at the wedding. Was that true?” Suraj, alarmed, tries to cover it up. “You must have misunderstood. I was drunk. I don’t remember what I said.”
But Jagriti refuses to back down. “No, Suraj. You said it clearly. I deserve to know the truth. What happened that night? How did Sapna end up marrying Akash instead of me?” Suraj avoids her gaze, clearly hiding something, as Jagriti’s determination grows stronger than ever to uncover the truth behind the betrayal.
