Jagriti 8th March 2025 Written Episode begins with Jagriti confronting Suraj, her patience finally running out. “Tell me the truth, Suraj,” she demands. “Was my father involved in this? And who is Trisha? I’ve never even heard her name before!” Suraj, clearly flustered, avoids her gaze. He insists weakly, “You’re misunderstanding. I was drunk last night—I didn’t know what I was saying.”
But Jagriti doesn’t believe him. Her voice trembles with anger. “You weren’t imagining anything! You said Sapna switched places with me on the wedding day. Admit it!” Suraj’s silence says more than words ever could. He looks away, confirming her worst fears. Furious and heartbroken, Jagriti declares, “Then I’ll tell Kalikant everything. He deserves to know what Sapna has done.”
Meanwhile, in another part of the mansion, Sapna faces Kalindi’s fury. Kalindi glares at her and says coldly, “You planned such a massive scheme without even consulting me? Do you realize the risk you took?” Sapna, panicking, folds her hands. “I only did what I thought was right,” she pleads. “I knew Kalikant would never allow Akash and Jagriti’s marriage. I thought if I married Suraj, I could still stay in this family. But now that he’s accepted them, I see no reason to continue this lie.”
Kalindi, her anger fading into admiration, smirks. “You’re smart, Sapna. Smarter than I thought.” She removes a pair of bangles from her wrist and hands them to her. “You’ve earned these. Remember, Suraj can’t expose you—because if he does, he’ll expose himself too.” Sapna pauses, her expression shifting from guilt to satisfaction. “You’re right,” she admits softly. “He won’t dare ruin his own image.”
At the same time, Jagriti rushes toward Kalikant’s study, determined to reveal the truth. But Suraj intercepts her midway. “Stop, Jagriti!” he pleads. “You can’t tell him.” She glares at him in disbelief. “You’re protecting her now?” she snaps. Suraj shakes his head. “No. But think logically. Even if Kalikant learns the truth, he won’t free us. He’ll protect his reputation at all costs. It’ll destroy everyone, including you.”
Jagriti’s anger simmers. “So your solution is silence?” she asks bitterly. Suraj looks down and says quietly, “Sometimes silence saves more than truth does.”
Elsewhere, Akash discusses Manisha’s accusations with Bindi and Kachori. “She claims Jagriti and Suraj conspired together,” he says, clearly troubled. Bindi advises him, “Forget the past, Akash. You’re married to Sapna now. Accept your present and move forward.” But Akash shakes his head. “My only goal now is to free the people of Chitta from Kalikant’s control,” he declares firmly, signaling a growing rebellion within him.
Back at the mansion, Jagriti finally corners Sapna in her room. Her voice trembles with fury. “You switched places with me on the wedding night, didn’t you?” Sapna smiles smugly. “Yes, I did,” she says, her tone dripping with arrogance. “But you can’t prove it.” Jagriti, stunned by her audacity, demands, “Why did you do it?”
Sapna’s smirk fades into a cold sneer. “You should ask Suraj that,” she replies. “By the time I found you, you were already unconscious. He drugged you himself—so that Akash would marry Trisha instead.” Jagriti’s eyes widen in disbelief. “What are you saying? Why would Suraj do that?” Sapna shrugs carelessly. “I don’t know, and I don’t care. What’s done is done. Now stop playing detective and accept your fate.” She walks away, leaving Jagriti frozen in shock.
Meanwhile, Kalikant meets Akash and praises his recent work. “I need your help to improve my political image,” he says. Akash nods, agreeing to support him. Moments later, Suraj joins the meeting, volunteering to help as well. Kalikant, impressed, assigns him a crucial task—convincing Bhairav Bahl to fund their campaign. Suraj agrees, though his expression betrays unease.
Later that evening, Jagriti storms into Suraj’s room, seething with rage. She throws a vase across the room, and it shatters on the floor. “How could you?” she yells. “You planned this marriage! You drugged me! Why, Suraj? Why would you ruin my life?” Suraj stands silent for a long moment before softly saying, “I didn’t want this to happen. I tried to stop it.”
“Stop lying!” Jagriti shouts, tears filling her eyes. “You’re hiding something. Tell me the truth!” Suraj looks at her, torn between guilt and fear. His lips part as if to confess, but he stops himself. Instead, he says quietly, “Some truths are better left buried.” Jagriti stares at him, realizing that the web of deceit runs deeper than she ever imagined.
