But Jagriti doesn’t believe him. Her voice trembles with anger. “You weren’t imagining anything! You said Sapna switched places with me on the wedding day. Admit it!” Suraj’s silence says more than words ever could. He looks away, confirming her worst fears. Furious and heartbroken, Jagriti declares, “Then I’ll tell Kalikant everything. At the same time, Jagriti rushes toward Kalikant’s study, determined to reveal the truth. But Suraj intercepts her midway. “Stop, Jagriti!” he pleads. “You can’t tell him.” She glares at him in disbelief. “You’re protecting her now?” she snaps.
