Jamai No. 1 10th March 2025 Written Episode begins with Kamlesh checking Kanchan’s health and informing her that her blood pressure is normal. Worried about Riddhi’s reaction, Kanchan urges Kamlesh to act quickly. When Kamlesh asks what excuse they can use since she is not diabetic, Kanchan angrily tells her to come up with something. Kamlesh suggests that Kanchan cough while getting beaten, which will raise her blood pressure. Following this plan, Kanchan gets beaten, coughs, and Kamlesh happily notes that her blood pressure spikes. When Riddhi arrives, Kamlesh tells her that Kanchan’s blood pressure is high.
Kanchan pretends she could not sleep all night and blames her troubled past for the health issue. Hearing this, Riddhi recalls past incidents. Kanchan explains that her emotional wounds remain fresh, and she could not sleep even in the early morning. She adds that just two hours of rest would help her.
Listening from outside, Neel realises that Kanchan is pretending. Riddhi apologises for siding with Neel’s parents earlier, but Kanchan reassures her, saying it is fine since she is their daughter-in-law. Riddhi insists she is also Kanchan’s daughter and must look after her. She even decides to ask Neel’s parents to perform the aarti quietly. Kanchan thanks her, while Neel resolves to bring Pramod before Riddhi to expose Kanchan’s manipulations.
Elsewhere, Sumati asks Manjari to pour oil on the doorstep and clean it afterward. Manjari obeys, but Pratham steps on the oil, slips, and falls on her. He angrily accuses her of trying to harm him, which leads to an argument.
Later, Neel notices that Riddhi looks tired and tells her to rest. She gives him a box of laddus prepared by Manjari, praising their taste. When Neel tries to eat one, Riddhi claims they are only for her. Ignoring her, he takes more, and in the playful chase that follows, Riddhi back-hugs him. Both freeze, realising the closeness of the moment. Embarrassed, Riddhi quickly steps away, while Neel wonders why he always hears guitar sounds when she is near.
That night, Neel sneaks into his parents’ room and swaps Sumati’s pillow. As he tries to leave, Sumati wakes up, screaming that someone was there. Manjari calms her, saying Neel only brought a pillow. Once they return to sleep, Neel begins his next task—searching Pramod’s room for clues. Finding nothing, he turns to see Riddhi asleep. The song Apna Bana Le Piya plays as he gazes at her.
As Neel leans closer, Riddhi wakes up and demands to know what he is doing. He quickly lies, saying a mosquito was on her nose. Annoyed, Riddhi hits him with a pillow and warns him to stay away. Neel retreats to the sofa, still determined to uncover the truth about Pramod.
