Jamai No. 1 11th April 2025 Written Episode begins with Neel noticing Riddhi dressed up beautifully and teasing her that she didn’t need to get ready so stunningly just for him. Riddhi smiles and replies that she’s going out. Neel looks at her short dress and questions if she plans to go out dressed like that. Riddhi cheekily responds that she knows it’s a bit long, but it’s fine. When he asks what kind of meeting she has at night, Riddhi firmly tells him that while he may be the CEO of her company, he’s not the CEO of her life — so he should mind his own business. Saying that, she walks away confidently.

Once she leaves, Neel paces restlessly, confused by his concern for her. He recalls their moments together — their laughter, closeness, and eye contact — and slowly realizes that he has fallen in love with Riddhi. Just then, Riddhi returns and teasingly asks him whom he loves. Shocked, Neel stammers and says he can’t tell her the name. She smiles and says she doesn’t mind. Neel quickly changes the topic, asking why she didn’t call him and how her meeting went. Riddhi playfully says she can’t tell and walks away again. Neel grows tense, fearing she might be meeting his business rival and prays that his doubts don’t come true.

The next morning, the family gathers for breakfast. Sumati serves food to everyone while Parameshwari joins the table. Riddhi tries to engage with Sumati, but Sumati rudely ignores her. Feeling hurt, Riddhi gets up to leave, but Neel and Gangadhar ask her to stay and join them. Riddhi sits down and praises Sumati’s cooking. Sumati snaps back, saying the food was prepared for her own family, not for outsiders. Riddhi simply smiles, hiding her pain.

Meanwhile, Kanchan’s loyal aide (puppet) arrives with a glass of spiked milkshake intended for Neel. She hands it to him with a fake smile. Riddhi, unaware of the plan, picks up the glass to drink, but Aunty quickly stops her and says the milkshake is specially made for her beloved son-in-law, Neel. Suspicious of the sudden affection, Neel asks how she prepared it. The puppet nervously says it’s made with dry fruits. Neel examines the glass and feels something odd about it. To confuse them, he switches the glasses and offers everyone some milkshake. The puppet panics, unsure which glass contains the drug, and quickly takes one glass to her room.

Later, Kanchan scolds the puppet for failing to drug Neel and orders her to make sure he consumes the drug that night no matter what. Puppet spots Manjari carrying milk for Neel and uses the opportunity to secretly mix the drug while distracting her.

Neel gets ready for an important business meeting when Manjari enters his room with the milk, saying it’s sent by Aayi. From behind the door, Kanchan and her puppet watch eagerly as Neel drinks the milk completely. Both women exchange an evil smile, confident their plan will finally succeed.

Soon after, Neel begins to feel dizzy and disoriented. He clutches his head, wondering what’s happening to him. The drug starts taking effect, making him lose control. In a confused rage, he begins breaking things around the room. Hearing the noise, Riddhi rushes in and finds him in a wild state. Shocked, she asks what’s wrong and tells him to get ready quickly for the meeting.

Neel, struggling with his emotions, grabs Riddhi’s hand tightly and angrily demands to know whom she met the previous night. Riddhi pleads with him to leave her hand, saying he’s hurting her. Kanchan watches from outside and fumes with jealousy, but her puppet stops her, reminding her that if she interferes, their plan will fail.

Riddhi frees herself and sternly warns Neel never to speak to her so rudely again. She storms out of the room, leaving Neel staring at his trembling hands. Kanchan smirks, saying that the drug is working perfectly and tonight their plan will be successful. Neel, meanwhile, feels his head spinning and wonders why he’s feeling so strange. The puppet suggests giving him another dose since the first one seems to be wearing off.

Kanchan agrees, determined to completely destroy Neel and Riddhi’s growing bond once and for all.
