Jamai No. 1 15th April 2025 Written Episode begins with Riddhi telling Kanchan that she is imagining things and that Neel never tried to kill her. Saraswati and Neel also accuse Kanchan of hallucinating. In anger, Kanchan grabs Neel by the neck and insists she is not imagining anything. She says Neel is the one hallucinating because of the medicines he is taking. Neel immediately asks which medicines she is referring to and shows her his medicine bottle. Kanchan quickly realises she has said too much, changes her stance, and claims that she must have hallucinated due to family pressure. Riddhi advises her to get some rest.

Once alone, Neel calls his friend and thanks him for helping. He admits that Kanchan almost revealed she was drugging him but stopped at the right moment. He vows to make her confess her crime soon.

Meanwhile, Riddhi passes Manjari’s room and sees her phone lying on the table. Curious to find out who Manjari’s boyfriend is, she tries to check the phone. Manjari enters just then and takes it back. Riddhi makes an excuse and casually asks if she loves her boyfriend. Manjari nervously says yes. When Riddhi leaves, Manjari breathes a sigh of relief, hoping Riddhi did not notice Pratham’s name on her phone.

The next morning, Kanchan informs Kamlesh that she is heading out and asks her driver to bring the car. Neel gets to the driver first and makes him unconscious. He then points a gun at Kanchan and takes her to a godown. There, he demands that she admit she was drugging him. Kanchan refuses to confess, outsmarts him, and hides. Neel catches hold of her bag and again insists she tell the truth.

Just then, Riddhi reaches the godown and slaps Neel. Shocked, Neel asks how she found him. Riddhi says that Kanchan messaged her saying Neel was trying to kill her and even sent her live location, so she rushed there. Neel tries to explain his side of the story, but Riddhi refuses to believe him.

Kanchan remembers how she overheard Neel’s conversation earlier and turned his plan against him. Riddhi brings staff members from a mental hospital and tries to take Neel away to a mental asylum. Realising that he will never be able to prove Kanchan’s guilt if he is locked away, Neel breaks free, points the gun at the asylum staff, and escapes. Before leaving, he tells Riddhi that he will return to prove his innocence.
