The episode begins with Neel surprising Kanchan with his confidence. Riddhi tries to reassure her aunt, reminding her that Neel comes from a respectable family, with Gangadhar being a renowned priest. Still, Kanchan remains dissatisfied, feeling Neel did not live up to her standards. Neel defends himself, claiming he styled the saree in a trendy way, and Riddhi supports him. Kanchan’s friends, however, praise the unique Muh Dikhai ceremony and even invite Neel and Riddhi to their homes before leaving, much to Kanchan’s annoyance.

Meanwhile, at Gangadhar’s house, he and Manjari frantically search for Sumati, who has gone missing. They find a courier, and Gangadhar insists that Sumati must not see Neel at any cost. As they leave to continue their search, Sumati tries calling Neel, but he doesn’t answer. Gangadhar convinces her that Neel has abandoned them, suggesting that she is only hallucinating his presence.

Back at Kanchan’s house, Kamlesh and Vicky open the post-wedding gifts. Kanchan is alarmed when she notices a gift sent by Pramod. At that moment, Neel enters and questions why the gifts are being opened without him. When he spots the label “Riddhi Betu” on Pramod’s gift, he recalls seeing the same name on a suspicious letter earlier. Determined to uncover the truth, Neel tries to open it, but Kanchan quickly snatches it away.

Neel becomes suspicious of Kanchan’s desperation and insists the gift should be given directly to Riddhi. A struggle ensues before Neel finally rushes away with the package. On his way, he catches a glimpse of Sumati from the balcony but dismisses it as just another hallucination.

Later, Neel insists that Riddhi open Pramod’s gift, but she hesitates, claiming she is busy. Neel refuses to leave until she opens it. Just as the tension builds, Kanchan desperately injures herself with broken glass and screams in pain. Hearing her cries, Riddhi drops everything and runs outside to attend to Kanchan, leaving Neel unsettled by the strange turn of events.
