Jamai No. 1 18th February 2025 Written Episode begins with Riddhi shocked at Kanchan’s condition and asking what happened. Neel insists he did nothing, while Kanchan claims she slipped and was injured by glass. Neel quickly realizes that Kanchan hurt herself on purpose to stop Riddhi from opening the gift and grows more curious about what the box contains.

Elsewhere, Gangadhar informs Sumati that Neel has married Riddhi and become a ghar jamai. He feels Neel will never return and has abandoned them. Sumati recalls the words of both Kanchan and Neel, painfully accepting that her son went against her wishes. Gangadhar consoles her, reminding her that she still has them, and then announces they will visit the ancestral goddess temple.

At home, the doctor examines Kanchan and suspects she was struck by a bottle, but Kanchan denies it. After he leaves, Riddhi recalls Kanchan humiliating Neel before the guests and assumes Neel attacked her in revenge. In anger, Riddhi strangles Neel, accusing him of hurting Kanchan. Neel defends himself, but Riddhi insists he was the only one present.

Parameswari intervenes, questioning Riddhi’s judgment. Kamlesh argues that Kanchan would never hurt herself. But Kanchan reassures Riddhi that Neel is innocent, even swearing on her. Seeing bruises on Neel’s neck, Riddhi calms down, hugs Kanchan, and accepts that Neel would never do such a thing. Parameswari scolds Riddhi for her actions before everyone disperses.

Left alone, Kanchan taunts Neel, saying Riddhi has proven her love for Kanchan is greater than anything. Neel counters that Kanchan’s so-called victory has cost her motherhood. He accuses her of manipulating Riddhi’s emotions and vows to expose the truth behind the mysterious gift. Kanchan warns him to stay away, but Neel is determined.

Meanwhile, Parameswari tells Riddhi that she cannot blindly trust Kanchan. She demands Riddhi make amends by kissing Neel in front of everyone. Kanchan tries to intervene, but Neel supports the demand, saying it concerns his self-respect as the son-in-law. Riddhi hesitantly kisses Neel on the cheek.

Later, Riddhi finally opens the gift only to find an ordinary perfume bottle. She dismisses it and leaves. Kamlesh secretly admits she had switched the gift on Kanchan’s instructions. Kanchan proudly tells Neel that the gift is no longer in Riddhi’s room. Neel, however, deduces that Kamlesh helped Kanchan and soon notices her carrying another gift box.

Precap: Kanchan tears up a letter Neel found, but Neel reveals he had already read it. He then tells Riddhi about her connection to the letter.
