Jamai No. 1 19th January 2025 Written Update starts with Neel praying for strength and divine support as he moves forward with his plan to expose Kanchan. Despite acknowledging that marrying Riddhi under false pretenses is wrong, he feels justified, driven by his motive for revenge. Neel asks God for a sign, and when a flower falls into his hand, he takes it as confirmation that his actions are divinely approved.

Meanwhile, Kamlesh complains about breakfast, and Vicky joins her in lamenting Parameshwari’s absence. Kanchan reassures them that Riddhi will bring Parameshwari home after discharge. Just then, Pratham informs Kanchan that the hospital had called and that Riddhi had left early, with Simran already at the hospital. This news raises Kanchan’s suspicion—she wonders where Riddhi could actually be.

Elsewhere, Riddhi confronts Neel for asking her to meet somewhere other than the registrar’s office. Neel explains that Kanchan had planted a tracker in her car, and to avoid being followed, they need to go by bike. He warns that if they don’t arrive on time, the marriage will be cancelled. Riddhi ignores Kanchan’s calls and hops onto the bike, urging Neel to ride carefully. Neel teases her about being scared of speed.

Back at home, Kanchan grows more anxious as Riddhi continues to ignore her calls. She assigns Vicky to manage office duties and rushes to the hospital. There, she questions Simran about Riddhi’s whereabouts, but Simran is clueless. Parameshwari, overhearing their conversation, tries to deflect Kanchan’s suspicion by asking her to spend time with her since her days are limited. Kanchan insists she’s fine but remains suspicious. Parameshwari, sensing this, pretends to handle her discharge procedures and heads out.

Meanwhile, Neel and Riddhi reach the registrar’s office. Riddhi receives another call from Kanchan, but this time Neel answers and coldly tells Kanchan to call later. Riddhi scolds him for taking her call, but Neel reminds her this is just a contract marriage, not a real one, and demands the cheque and contract. Riddhi keeps her word, handing over the marriage contract and a cheque for ₹1 crore. Neel is surprised by the amount, and Riddhi clarifies that he will receive ₹1 crore every month as part of the deal.

Back at the hospital, Kanchan checks Parameshwari’s phone and is shocked to find that she has already sent Riddhi and Neel’s details to Mr. Shinde, the marriage registrar. Furious, Kanchan confronts Parameshwari and accuses her of betrayal. She vows to stop the marriage at any cost and rushes out.
