Jamai No. 1 22nd April 2025 Written Update begins with Riddhi feeling guilty for walking out in the middle of the pooja that Swati had lovingly organised for her. She apologises to both Neel and Swati, yet she remains troubled because she knows she cannot fulfil Swati’s wish of giving the family an heir.

Kanchan calls Riddhi and asks why she left the pooja midway. Riddhi avoids the topic and says she does not want to discuss it. Kanchan, as usual, supports Riddhi’s decision and insists she should focus on her career instead. She encourages Riddhi to attend her business meeting, and Riddhi agrees before leaving for the office.

Kanchan then notices Neel fuming over how Riddhi disrespected his mother during the pooja. Seeing an opportunity to manipulate the situation, she approaches him and taunts him by saying Riddhi did the right thing by disrespecting Swati. She adds that Riddhi has proved she is just like her own mother. Neel becomes even more upset and says he will confront Riddhi once she returns.

As Parameshwari walks by, Kanchan pretends to fall and accuses Neel of pushing her. She loudly claims that Neel insulted Riddhi in front of her. Parameshwari asks her to let it go and walks away, while Neel stands shocked at the false accusations. Once Parameshwari leaves, Kanchan smirks and resumes insulting Neel.

Later, when Riddhi returns home, Neel immediately confronts her. Manjari observes the heated argument and warns Neel not to say anything he might regret later. When it seems the disagreement may escalate, Manjari tries to reveal that she is pregnant and not Riddhi. Riddhi attempts to stop her from speaking, but the situation gets out of control.

During the confrontation, Neel accidentally pushes Manjari. She loses her balance and is about to fall on her stomach, but Riddhi quickly rushes forward and saves her, injuring herself in the process. The moment shocks everyone.

Neel suddenly recalls all the recent clues and realises that Manjari is the one who is pregnant. He questions her directly. Unable to face him, Manjari runs away. Riddhi follows and convinces her to tell Neel the truth. Riddhi then explains the full story to Neel herself, revealing how she had protected Manjari all along.

Neel becomes furious. In anger, he attempts to slap Manjari, but Riddhi stops him. Neel vents his frustration by striking a chair and expresses how deeply hurt and disappointed he is by Manjari’s actions. Riddhi tries to calm him as he struggles to process the truth.
