Jamai No. 1 25th January 2025 Written Episode begins with Sumati angrily scolding Pratham for laying hands on Neel. When Pratham moves toward her, Manjari steps in to stop him. Gangadhar praises Manjari’s courage and then strikes Vicky, followed by Sumati who beats Vicky with her slippers. Despite Neel’s pleas, Manjari turns to Pratham and beats him too. Kamlesh steps forward to defend Vicky, but Sumati lashes out at him, questioning how he raised his son.

Kanchan tries to downplay the tension by claiming the pre-wedding ritual has been misunderstood. She then makes a shocking revelation by announcing that Neel is going to marry Riddhi. This news stuns Sumati, who faints from the shock.

After regaining consciousness, Sumati confronts Neel directly. Neel confirms the truth and openly expresses his love for Riddhi, even though he knows Sumati does not approve of the relationship. Sumati accuses him of marrying Riddhi for money and demands that he call off the wedding. Neel refuses, which prompts her to ask whether he is willing to go against her.
