Neel declares that the company will cover all medical expenses, leaving Mrs. Goswami emotional and grateful.

Later, Kanchan criticizes Neel for wasting company money and ignoring profits. Neel counters her argument by saying that real profit comes from employee happiness and assures her that this is only the beginning of change. Kanchan reminds him that he is CEO for only two days and claims the office as hers. In response, Neel replaces an expensive vase on the office table with an idol, saying that with God’s blessings, he can achieve anything in two days. Kanchan sarcastically challenges him to prove himself, but Neel calmly advises her to rest while he focuses on work.

Neel then gathers the employees and assures them that they can approach him anytime regarding work-related concerns. Meanwhile, Manjari notices a bruise on her neck.
