Jamai No. 1 27th February 2025 Written Episode begins with Riddhi forcing a goon to reveal the location of the godown. After knocking him unconscious, she escapes with Pratham. Elsewhere, Neel manages to break down a door but is suddenly ambushed by another goon. Neel panics when he notices an injection in the goon’s hand, as he is terrified of needles. Despite resisting, Neel is injected and faints. The goon then pours liquid on and around him, setting up something sinister.

Meanwhile, Sumati becomes restless when she cannot reach Manjari’s phone. She asks Gangadhar to call Neel, but his phone is switched off. Determined, Sumati convinces Gangadhar to accompany her to Kanchan’s house to find answers. At the same time, Kanchan instructs Vicky, who leaves after receiving her orders, and she immediately places a call to the police station.

At the godown, Riddhi and Pratham are horrified to witness goons attempting to sell Manjari at an auction, starting at five lakhs. Outraged, Riddhi calls the police but learns it will take at least two hours for them to arrive. Determined not to wait, she tells Pratham that they must act themselves. Though Pratham warns the goons are armed, Riddhi takes the sound of nearby temple bells as a divine sign. On Shivaratri, she declares, Lord Shiva will help them. With renewed courage, she rushes forward.

Back at Kanchan’s house, Sumati demands answers about Neel and Manjari. Kanchan pretends ignorance and dismisses her concerns. Parameswari arrives and tries to reason with Sumati, saying she must be mistaken, as Pratham could never be involved in anything wrong. But Sumati accuses Kanchan directly of orchestrating the trouble. Kanchan strongly denies it.

Before the confrontation escalates, the police arrive. Sumati explains that her children are missing. Kanchan, however, twists the narrative, claiming her jewels have been stolen and accusing Neel and Manjari of being behind it. She even alleges Neel’s entire family is involved in the theft. Meanwhile, Chintu informs Vicky that Neel tried to escape but was recaptured. Vicky orders him to leave the area.

At the temple, Riddhi prays earnestly to Lord Shiva for strength to save Manjari. Two girls notice her distress and ask what is wrong. After hearing Riddhi’s plight, they agree to help her. Strengthened by their support and her faith, Riddhi vows that she will save Manjari at any cost.
