Jamai No. 1 28th January 2025 Written Episode begins with Neel confronting Kanchan, telling her that she can do whatever she wants, and he will bear it without protest. Kanchan accepts the challenge and injures Neel’s foot using her ring. Despite the pain, Neel remains silent, fearing that if he reacts, Sumati might cancel the wedding.

Riddhi notices the blood and shouts Neel’s name in shock. Her sudden reaction surprises Kanchan, who steps aside. Riddhi rushes to Neel and applies haldi to his wound with care. Meanwhile, Kamlesh questions Vicky about how and when Neel got injured.

Riddhi demands an explanation from Neel, and Sumati also questions him. Neel downplays the injury and assures his mother that it is nothing serious. However, Sumati observes Kanchan’s ring and concludes it caused the wound. When she confronts Kanchan, Neel defends her, saying his mother misunderstood. Riddhi tries to ease the situation by suggesting the injury might have been accidental, but Sumati responds sharply, hinting that not all accidents are innocent.

Gangadhar supports the idea that it was an accident and lightens the mood by teasing Riddhi about applying haldi to Neel. Embarrassed, Riddhi steps back, but Neel explains that she had promised to apply haldi to him first. He then tells Kanchan that this moment made him realize Riddhi’s love for him and thanks her for it. Riddhi is taken aback by Neel’s comment.

Parameshwari resumes the haldi ritual and begins by applying haldi to both Riddhi and Neel. Kanchan and others follow. During the celebration, Pratham notices Manjari and remembers a past incident with her. One by one, the family members apply haldi to the couple. Parameshwari instructs Riddhi and Neel to apply haldi to each other, which they do with gentle smiles, drawing applause from everyone. Kanchan, however, is visibly annoyed.

Parameshwari suggests that the couple freshen up. Simran informs her that everything has already been arranged in Riddhi’s room. Riddhi and Neel leave for their room, while Manjari excuses herself to wash her hands. Parameshwari sends her to her own room.

Inside the room, Neel teasingly asks Riddhi if she has fallen in love with him. Riddhi firmly denies it and reminds him about their agreement. She makes it clear that love has no place in her life and that their arrangement is only for six months.

Elsewhere, Pratham follows Manjari with his face covered, attempting to scare her. He smears haldi on her neck and disappears. Manjari is startled and demands to know who is behind the prank. When Pratham reappears, he compliments her looks, but Manjari firmly warns him to stay in his limits and walks away.

Parameshwari expresses her happiness over how the haldi rituals went and talks about the upcoming wedding. Riddhi, however, pulls Neel aside and reminds him of the emotional toll their mothers are already experiencing. She insists that Neel must inform his parents about his decision to live as a ghar jamai before the marriage takes place.
