Jamai No. 1 30th March 2025 Written Episode begins with Neel reassuring Riddhi of his unwavering support and asking her to trust him. After Riddhi leaves, Neel continues handling the office work and firmly refuses the idea of involving influencers in their latest campaign. However, an employee rushes in to inform him that a travel agency has abruptly canceled their deal, leaving them without drivers for the project. When Neel learns that the agency owner is an acquaintance of Kanchan, he begins to suspect that she might be behind the sudden sabotage.

Meanwhile, at her home, Kanchan smirks with satisfaction, proud of her plan. She believes she has successfully engineered Neel’s downfall and eagerly looks forward to watching him fail in front of the board members the next day. Feeling confident and content, she goes to sleep, unaware that Neel has already begun to find a solution.

At the office, Neel immediately begins damage control. He contacts other travel agencies and arranges replacement drivers overnight to ensure the campaign runs smoothly. Determined not to let Kanchan win, he stays at the office all night to personally monitor the operations.

The next morning, the board of directors calls for an urgent meeting. Riddhi and Kanchan both prepare to face the board, each anticipating very different outcomes. Though still upset with Neel, Sumati privately acknowledges his sincerity and good intentions.

During the board meeting, Kanchan wastes no time in blaming Neel for the chaos, accusing him of unprofessionalism and poor management. Neel, however, takes full responsibility for the situation and even defends both Riddhi and Kanchan in front of the directors. His humility and leadership surprise everyone in the room.

To Kanchan’s shock, Mr. Oberoi, the company’s chairman, praises Neel’s crisis management skills. He reveals that the campaign not only recovered but also achieved significant profitability. Brij, the supposed deal-breaker, appears in person to clarify that he never canceled the contract and that he was highly impressed by Neel’s professionalism. He openly commends Neel for his determination and work ethic.

As a result, Mr. Oberoi announces that Neel will be permanently appointed as the company’s CEO. The entire staff bursts into applause, celebrating Neel’s victory, while Kanchan stands speechless and furious. Her plan has backfired completely.

Later, Neel and Riddhi perform a puja together, symbolizing a fresh start for the company. During the ceremony, Kanchan confronts Neel and warns him that she will soon reclaim her CEO position. Neel remains calm and confident, telling her that he has won the challenge fair and square and has no intention of stepping down. Riddhi advises Kanchan to accept Neel’s leadership for the company’s benefit, but Kanchan refuses to listen, her pride and jealousy still driving her decisions.

As the day ends, Kanchan sits in her room, seething with anger and plotting her next move. Meanwhile, Neel quietly sneaks into her room and takes her phone, planning to uncover more of her schemes. Unknown to Kanchan, Neel is already a step ahead, preparing his next counterattack in true Jamai No. 1 style.

In another part of town, Manjari and Pratham secretly meet outside, trying to avoid attention, but a mischievous police inspector teases them for their suspicious behaviour. Their awkward exchange adds a light-hearted touch to the episode.

As the episode concludes, Neel’s cleverness and composure reaffirm his title as “Jamai No. 1.” He smiles to himself, confident that Kanchan’s next move—whatever it may be—will only make his next victory even sweeter.
