Jamai No. 1 31st March 2025 Written Episode begins with Neel sneaking into Kanchan’s room late at night. He quietly switches off her phone, confident that she has no idea about the trap he is setting. Meanwhile, Pratham tries to handle his own troubles when a police officer catches him. Attempting to bribe the officer, Pratham gets a scolding instead. The officer sarcastically asks about his parents, and upon learning that he is Kanchan Chotwani’s son, he remarks that Pratham should have taken his date to a restaurant instead of roaming around in a car. After the officer leaves, Manjari suggests they actually go to a restaurant next time. Annoyed, Pratham snaps at her, warning that things could have turned much worse if the officer had informed his mother.

Later that night, Neel enters his bedroom and sees Riddhi sleeping at the edge of the bed, about to fall off. He quickly sits beside her to prevent it. While asleep, Riddhi’s hand falls on his shoulder, and as Neel turns toward her, his lips accidentally brush against her hand. Riddhi wakes up instantly and accuses him of kissing her hand. Neel, flustered, denies it and jokingly says he was just trying to kill mosquitoes. Still skeptical, Riddhi asks why the mosquitoes only seem to bother her side of the bed. Neel smiles and replies that it’s his duty as her husband to protect her—even from mosquitoes. Riddhi rolls her eyes and tells him to go sleep on the sofa. Neel walks away muttering humorously that maybe he should have been a mosquito instead.

The next morning, Kanchan wakes up to find that she has overslept and missed an important business meeting. At the same time, Chandrasekhar visits the office to finalize a deal and expresses how happy he is to work with Neel. He praises Riddhi for making such a wise decision in appointing him as CEO. When Kanchan finally arrives, Chandrasekhar greets her warmly and mentions that Neel told him she was unwell. Kanchan, caught off guard, insists she’s perfectly fine and apologizes for missing the meeting. Chandrasekhar assures her that the deal is already finalized and leaves satisfied.

Once he is gone, Kanchan lashes out at everyone, demanding to know why no one woke her up. Neel calmly replies that he had checked on her earlier but found her sleeping soundly. He casually adds that from now on, all meetings will be conducted at home to make things easier for her. As Kanchan storms off angrily, Neel remarks that too much stress could raise her blood pressure. Riddhi overhears this and gives him a suspicious look.

Later, Neel secretly adds a special syrup to Kanchan’s tea. She drinks it without suspecting anything and heads to the next meeting. However, mid-discussion, she starts feeling drowsy and eventually falls asleep, snoring in front of everyone. Shocked, Riddhi watches in disbelief as the employees quietly decide to postpone the meeting to the next day.

When Kanchan wakes up confused and embarrassed, Riddhi explains what happened. Neel suggests calling a doctor to ensure she’s alright. As Kanchan drinks a glass of water, Neel discreetly swaps it with another glass. The doctor arrives and examines her, diagnosing her with high blood pressure. Kanchan insists that she is perfectly healthy and blames the salt in her water. To prove her wrong, Neel drinks from the same glass and says it tastes normal. Riddhi also takes a sip and confirms that Neel is telling the truth. The doctor advises Kanchan to take care of her health, warning that no amount of wealth is worth risking her life.

Elsewhere, Manjari playfully takes a selfie with Pratham while he works out. Sumati walks in and questions her about what’s going on, leaving Manjari flustered.

Back at home, Kanchan brushes off the doctor’s advice and insists she’s fine. Riddhi gently tells her that she should retire and enjoy life instead of constantly stressing over business. She adds that nothing matters more to her than Kanchan’s well-being. Taken aback by Riddhi’s genuine concern, Kanchan is momentarily speechless. Meanwhile, Neel watches the scene unfold with a satisfied smirk, pleased that his plan to humble Kanchan is working perfectly.
