Jamai No. 1 3rd April 2025 Written Episode opens with Sumati storming out in anger, followed closely by Neel. He stops her and expresses his gratitude. When Sumati questions whether he is thanking her for revealing the truth, Neel clarifies that he is thankful for her constant support and love. With emotion in his voice, Neel apologizes for his mistakes, reminding her that though he became the ghar jamai of the Chotwani family, he is still her son. He pleads with her to let go of her resentment and forgive him.

Meanwhile, Kanchan tries to justify her actions to Riddhi. Riddhi, visibly upset, says she has always respected Kanchan but cannot understand why she used subordinates to insult Neel publicly. Kanchan argues that her intention was to protect the company, claiming Neel lacks the necessary experience to run it successfully. She insists that his earlier achievements were due to luck and not skill. According to her, more capable individuals should lead Chotwani Industries, and she warns that Neel might end up destroying Riddhi’s hard-earned success. Riddhi is shocked by her mother’s words and struggles to believe that Kanchan would go to such lengths.

Elsewhere, Sumati recalls her painful past interactions with Neel, including the harsh words and curses she once spoke to him. Overwhelmed with guilt, she breaks down and apologizes. Neel embraces her warmly, assuring her that he has never held any bitterness toward her. Sumati takes him inside and lovingly feeds him. Curious about his choice to become a ghar jamai, she demands to know the real reason. Neel admits that he cannot lie to her but says he is unable to disclose everything right now. He promises that once his work is done, he will leave the Chotwani house with his family. Sumati, moved by his sincerity, agrees to support him until then.

Back at the Chotwani residence, Kanchan continues to defend her actions, claiming she only wanted to secure the company’s future. She announces that she plans to step away from her duties, saying that everything now belongs to Neel. She assures Riddhi that she harbors no ill intentions. Riddhi, however, confidently reminds her that Neel earned his position through talent and hard work, and if he ever fails, he will face the consequences like any professional. She encourages Kanchan to rest and focus on her health. Kanchan hugs Riddhi affectionately, concealing a cunning smirk that hints at her next move.

Later that evening, Kanchan offers Kamlesh a glass of juice. Within moments, he begins to feel dizzy and disoriented. Alarmed, Kamlesh demands to know what she mixed into the drink. Kanchan pretends to be shocked and denies any wrongdoing, but she secretly watches as Kamlesh loses control, smashing furniture and hurling a vase at her. She narrowly escapes the attack and quickly records the entire scene on her phone. Gloating over her success, Kanchan decides to use the same drugged pill on Neel, convinced that once he loses his mind, no one will trust him as a CEO. At the same time, Neel, overjoyed after receiving Sumati’s forgiveness, rushes to share the good news with Riddhi. When he knocks on her door and gets no response, he worries she might be having a panic attack. In panic, he breaks open the door, only to find Riddhi in the middle of changing her outfit. Embarrassed, he turns around immediately while Riddhi, startled, tells him to leave so she can get dressed.

Meanwhile, Kamlesh slowly regains consciousness. Horrified by what he experienced, he confronts Kanchan, who openly reveals her sinister plan. Kamlesh warns her that an overdose of the pill could be fatal for Neel. Kanchan, however, remains cold and unbothered. She declares that even if Neel dies, it will serve her purpose. With chilling determination, she vows to make him lose his sanity and have him locked away in a mental asylum, ensuring that he will never return to challenge her again.
